    whenever the market is down, no ethics in IT industry, simply Orgs are doing Layoffs ( till that time, they call it permanent job, during layoffs they simply say no funding ).

      Yes or No. Every organization is starts with moral values and ethics. Unfortunately, the employees are spoiling those values (including management). So, difficult to blame one set or group of employees are the reasons for layoffs.
      But, if you want to avoid layoffs, then there are multiple ways.

    Sir, thanks for doing video on this topic. I have an issue. I have got a job last year may with fake exp in MSBI dev. I lost the job in 45 days due to under performance. I learned MSBI dev but they put me in MSBI tester role which I was unable to perform. I tried to take job support(Work from home). But that guy was also unable to help as he also have exp mostly in SSIS.Finally the company asked me to resign but did not issue relieving letter and the only proof I have is resignation acceptance letter. But now I am not getting opportunity to attend interviews because after first round they are asking to submit my previous exp doc. Since I do not have relieving letter they are not proceeding further. I mailed my previous company multiple times for relieving letter but no response from their side

      Udya, do you have a documented evidence about Hybrid work policy?
      If yes, then you can connect with a lawyer and discuss about labour law. Again, if your organization is not bound with Indian labour bi-laws then this option is not useful for you.

    Why do you need experience letter to apply next job. in usa , i dont provide them to next company. i will give my W2 or you can do the same your annual salary document. that is enough to prove you worked in that year.

    Hi Brother... Nen hyd lo oka domestic company lo only 24 days work cheshna and aah 24 days suddenly i got an offer in Bangalore Big 4 company. I got an interview call on july 15th all rounds completed by August 3rd and i got letter 5th and joining date is August 7th so there nobchance to serve notice period i sent mail for immideate release they are accepted that mail and i ignored and i joined in Bangalore conpany.. Ippudu vallu nannu terminate chestam ani mails letters.... Please any one reply naaku ippudu idhi problem avtundha... Please reply

    Here i can see three dots. Company, Labour commission, Employee.
    As the IT Employees are labour, then why not applicable the labour act in india for IT companies like other workers in Factories and their union inside of factory etc....
    I guess if termination is happening, the company and its legal team is answerable in labour court. If there is no such labour court and act, the company will terminate immediately without a second thought. There is no morality for companies wrt their employees.

      Bro, as per labor act 1947, there are some exemptions given to IT companies by state governments. Even if you go to the courts, the case will not be strong and it leads to minimal settlement only.
      Please connect with local (state) lawyers to understand the terms & policies for IT employees.

    Joined in IT as fresher from nonIT without informing previous employment,,, after 2.6 years HR found in epfo portal as previous company service overlaped 1 month and asking to resign,, wat if we wont resign will they terminate ??       Try to explain the situation point by point in an email,
      Try to explain why the Overlap happened,
      They are thinking you might have done moonlighting. If the problem continues, dont let the company terminate you, submit resignation, and try of other opportunities.

      If we get terminated from a company, it is not advisable to join that company again. Because they know the cause of termination, it is highly unlikely that they will recruit the candidate again, but if you prove that you are worthy, yes you have a fair chance.

    Sir, my frnd have been suffering from severe diseases like bone oedema, Left hip surgery and post surgery, Spongletyiz, Gastritis. Salary had given last month. This month local hr communicate through what's up asked me to resign else you will terminate call even doctor advised. certified . progressive my friend had a service greater than 11yrs as a senior manager. What he have to do.. Even my disease is progressive..

      Hi Sir, it is disheartening to know about your situation. As the issue is severe and you are unable to cope up, if you have enough financial reserves for next 6 months, take a break and focus on recovery. Think of your family first. If you are fit and regain health you can definitely get a job. But if you prolong this issue it might turn fatal. I can only suggest you to prioritise your health first and recover. Please discuss with your family and take a good decision. I wish you a speedy recovery and all good fortune. 🙂

      How he can get termination on health grounds till now every month, I had submitted medical certificate except this month lately on June 13th. For me very difficult to work my body symptoms increasing on daily basis. Shall he fight legally . Is there any option other than resignation to counter termination.       as EPF was deducted, you should show this Exp in Resume otherwise you will get trouble with big MNCs as EPF database is accessible to Employers & BG Check Orgs. As Exp Letter was already issued, Relieving Letter is not required.

    I'm working in the company that is us based company doing KPO(like call centre)..
    I'm working in that company from 10months 15 days...
    Now I'm became pregnant... I have two children and this is my 3rd pregnancy( IVF cheyinchukunnanu)......
    Doctor suggest not to commute for atleast 3 months... She gave a letter pad also related to work from home... But the Hr is rejected and forcing that u should come to office otherwise take a releaving..... What should i do know???
    Please suggest me whoom should i contact for my problem!

      First thing, ala complete notice period serve cheyakunda eppudu abscond avvaddu brother. Please make sure that you submitted all company assets. Ika legal action anedi manam cheppalemu, nv emanna pay cheyyali ani agreement emina sign cheste , they may come . But company ki antha time undadu. Experience letter, reliving letter ilantivi ravu abscond ite. Anavasaramga career lo problem. Don't do this again.

      ​@@hussain2716nothing will happen from that company, don't worry. Just ignore if you receive any mails. They can't do anything legally. Only problem is it may cause bgv issues if your future employer checks pf details.

      any suggestion if can take legal advise?
