Never knew that my son a USBP in El Paso Texas actually heard the immigrants singing this song yesterday crossing the last end of a Rio Grande river. Him and others were amazed how they learned this English song as they sing it with fear and joy crossing into the USA 🇺🇸. Whats interesting is that for no reason you can put your finger on, the camera "loves" some people. Like the conductor who is electric onscreen, not just from the act of conducting. And the blonde woman in the middle at (2:20), even in wide groups shots she stands out. If movie stars don't have that photogenic quality, they just ain't stars and are supporting players. Regardless, this choir is a joy to behold and listen to. I wish they would put out some new videos, but I have only found two on line.

Grand éloge du désir d'être en Sion! Sion est l'endroit où Dieu avait fait de Sa maison la capitale de la terre. Babylone avait conquis le monde. Un jour, il a été dit au peuple de Dieu qu'il retournerait à Sion (Psalm 137) en tant que peuple libre et cette chanson, je crois, est pour nous tous qui sommes arrivés à l'endroit de notre vie où nous devons aussi habiter à Sion! Qu'est-ce que ça veut dire? (voir Jean, chapitre 3: versets 16). Cela signifie qu'un corps de chair et d'os cesse d'exister, mais l'âme et l'esprit d'une personne perdue (qui rejette Jésus-Christ), qui a été créé pour durer pour toujours, continue de rester dans l'éternité dans une certaine forme de corps, dans une conscience état appelé "seconde mort", dans un endroit différent de Dieu et de la famille de Dieu, qui est appelé le "Lac de Feu".
