Waxing can actually cause hyperpigmentation above the lip over time. You have such a small amount of hair, look into getting electrolysis. It’s the only way to permanently remove the hair. I did it for my upper lip and baby… life changing!

Why put corn starch before waxing??? Never heard of that but would love to know 😽
I used to use baby powder but I received a lot of comments about baby powder not being good for you. So an alternative is corn starch! The reason is because you need to dry up the surface area of your skin from any oils or moisture. It also allows the the wax to better adhere to the hairs and pull them out.

Nice video'; I enjoyed it. I never thought to smooth (or "slick") my hair by layers/sections. I don't have thick hair so I got by lol but I really like how your hair turned out! The braid was cute too. I never learned how to "fishtail" braid hair.
