@@YuktiBelwal mam it's Kathmandu medical college, and they r absolutely th worst ,they abuse Indians on face for being Indian, and if u report it ,u will never pass th exam, and forget about th degree, all u can do is think of suicide or b under depression for years, even th students abuse other Indians and alot of racism is faced by indians
Don't take admission for MBBS either in Nepal or any other countries except US,UK or Canada. Because Nepal has hectic education system for MBBS , they teach anat, physio, biochem, patho, pahrma, micro,PSM, ICM(Intro to Clinical Medicine) from the first year, they take University exam of PSM in 2nd year as well as 3rd year & also in 2nd year (duration is of 12 months but in India it is of 18 months) you have to pass anat, physio, biochem, patho, pahrma, micro, PSM and ICM. You will not be able to make your own notes after studying textbooks and only way to pass exams is fast-track (the digest book of MBBS in Nepal). So, it is a big drawback and also try to understand that in India , there are anat, physio, biochem in first year which are the basic subjects, without completing these how will one understand path, pharma ? it is like teaching a child abcd and to make words at the same time.... One of my friend is studying in KMCTH and he said in ICM practical classes they use pillow instead of a patient volunteer for demonstration of general examinations!!! After paying lakhs , will u expect that!! Also travelling and cost of living there is very expensive, with no or little extra curricular activities..... You will have to pay for playing football, no ground is available there (for other sports too). No transportation facilities (except bus and cabs), u have to buy bikes (& they are very expensive) , also you have to learn Nepali for 3rd year postings.... Look I am not insulting Nepal, it is a great place for traveling and the people are very humble & gentle too, but for higher studies India is best option , if u can afford to go to US,UK or Canada then you should go but if not then India is better in higher education than its neighbouring countries (bcz of the education system and other factors like cost of living ,travelling etc).... So , if you still want to take admission in Nepal then COMS(Bharatpur) & MCOMS(Pokhara) are better options than other colleges.....but still I request you to try and take admission in India for MBBS or other higher studies....... 1) If we talk about taking admission in US, UK or canada you should have 90% above marks and minimum $200K fee and should pass their medical entrance exam. 2) If we talk about education system then India and Nepal have same teaching method and same book .BPKIHS one of the medical college from Nepal is affiliated with AIMS India. Since , all book are in english all teachers also teach in english so, there is no language barrier. Most of Nepali people also understand and speak hindi and also you will find a lot of senior Indian student in medical colleges like BPKIHS, Manipal , COMS etc. 3) I think your friend is correct for pillow things. Student should choose college wisely and should ask their senior properly before taking admissions. 4) Transportation will be provided by medical college when you are studying MBBS. If you want to travel your home then you should pay yourself. There are a lot of medical college which provide extra cirricular activities. For eg. BPKIHS have a lot of sport. 5) you are correct in clinical it is better if you speak nepali but people here can easily understand hindi and most of indian student speak hindi with patient. People in south India can't even speak and understand hindi. So what? 6) It is 100% its better if you read in your own country. The thing you are saying you should study medicine in us uk canada is almost impossible for us indian student because there you should first complete your undergraduate and can only start medicine with their hectic fee. 7) If you are poor and you want to become doctor then try for china, phillipines, kyrgyzstan , ukraine, georgia ,egypt you can complete your mbbs in approx 15- 25 lakh. Bangladesh is also cheaper than Nepal you can complete your MBBS in around 30 lakh. 8) Most of Nepali medical college are exactly same as Indian medical college in term of teaching and books. But they are expensive and cost 50 lakh from starting cost and best then any other foreign country. ' 9) If you are willing to take MBBS in Nepal and searching for medical college then try to get admitted in BPKIHS(best one) , IOM, COMS, Manipal , KUSMS, CMC , KMC , Patan , NAIHS. You can be able to grab scholarship and find best medical college if you give mbbs entrance exam of nepal from foreign student reservation.
Choosing Nepal for MBBS is one of the best option. If you know 90% of private Medical College in India reality you would thank me for guidance. Be familiar with FMGE pattern, you are gonna rock. Even in INI-CET, but you should study properly admission in college only doesn't help but definitely skill you gain would be equivalent and better. 👍
