@YuktiBelwal So mam is it that, before the Georgian Ministry published the notice, it actually talked with NMC and then by looking all the aspects it then finally released the notice that it follows all norms?
NMC already given all parameters, and NMC approached the Indian Embassy in Armenia which then approached Ministry about the guidelines and they confirmed it

As per Georgian Ministry, it is following all norms of NMC
