I have just ordered something from E salon. I haven't done my own hair in years but truthfully, it's getting harder to get an appointment in a salon here. I went from every 4 or 5 weeks to almost on a waiting list. It's all quite strange but I decided to try this at home and also, to get my hair done now is getting closer to $200 bucks and it's getting a little ridicules. So, all that said, I found a channel that talked about this product and decided to order it, just one order. I don't want to commit to anything long term in case I hate it, or I suck at it or I hate the color I chose (which is going to be different than what I always had done before).
Oh no!! Try logging into your account and where it says Hi Your Name hover over that (its where your account details and plan details are) and you should see a clickable instructions label that will take to your specific instructions! Timing will depend on what developer and color you get. Mine is usually is do roots, sit for ten, do ends and sit for 5 then rinse. Keep in mind my developer volume is 10 and I do not have any gray hair. I hope this helps :)
Hi love! The hair I have now is washed out color (didnt dye my hair for like 4 months) with highlights! When you do the quiz with esalon you can send in pictures at the end and they will suggest to you how to get to that point! You can screen shoot this video lol

lol I was confused about that at first too but its to stick your directions on a mirror so that when youre dying your hair they are up on eye level for ease of reading the next steps :)

I already did the quiz the survey the survey about my hair the whole thing I did the whole thing and I only received a conditioner mask that is not what I asked for I asked for a something nice that would go with brunettes. I’m a master colorist And I know how to do my own hair I just wanted highlights a burst of color but highlights and was looking for a deep purple aura deep mahogany or even chocolate & mahogany and chocolate. I was charged $34 and some odd cents for a conditioner that I could’ve bought in Sally beauty products as a matter fact that’s kind of what it seem like I just wanna color I feel like I’ve been deceived.
esalon is great! A no nonsense company that is there for the customer, no matter the circumstance, in person. Let me repeat that, they are there for the customer in person!

They said I had to take neutral naturals to cover. I want to blend and tone. I HATED what they gave me! It looked worse than box dye. Don't want to be treated like a child 🚸
Yeah I could see that being an issue. They try and do their best since they don't want you to be unhappy with your hair. The customer service is great though so if you told them it did not work out they would try and fix it, usually for free.

I ordered this and after on application I had no results, so I went in for a second application and still nothing, My greys remained.
The box dye is now at cvs 13.49 black to blonde

What color do you have now? Did you have to lighten your hair first to get that shade of light red?

When I went back to fully blond I stopped because they don't have an actual bleaching all over kit. I am back to using them again :)

I did some color strippers and because I had done a highlight with the balayage kit from esalon I got some dimension!
What if I wanna go lighter gradually? Will they assist with that?

Each person is different..color either doesn't take well or last long 4 me ..its a no go for me
