They parked the car and somebody, in the meantime, re-registered the car in France!
Never noticed until you pointed it out. Good eye.
They also re-registered the normal 500 to be half a year older!
I love these guys, but too bad they didn't spend more time on learning about the car and not on being cute and entertaining. If Vicky sat in the front seat, she would have seen that interior is upgraded compared to the much less 500. Tiff's comment on the center gauge is 100% misleading because it is configurable on the fly and can prominently display speed, along with other important gauges, plus trip computer and infotainment information. This whole confusion on being a lifestyle car could have been cleaned up if they took a moment to look at the 500X lineup. There is the elegant street version or the off-road sporty version. Two different characters / lifestyles.
I've had the Fiat 500X for 2 years now and I still really like it.
@Spikey Scenes No, It is not a 4 x 4. It is a Crossover. It was designed with JEEP (Chrysler). But has a much better suspension and better gas mileage.
@Spikey Scenes I think all are awd. I had Pop and it was AWD. I did change the rims to alloy as the pop does not have alloy (unless they changed it).
i have the 4x4.... all wheel drive version and it does great in the snow

It means it is a fun car to drive and it drives very differently from another other car in the segment.

They drove a pop star for the review when it come to the shopping centre they had a lounge model look at the wheels.
That's why Fiat had money and to buy Chrysler LLC and Jag & LR had sold to Indians (and RR & Mini to Germans)...

I really like this. It's so much better than anything else on the road. That Countryman with the massive round submarine radar scope in the center really turns my stomach.

I honestly quite like it. Actually a bit more than the jeep renegade. I was originally planning on getting the renegade but I genuinely Like this car. the only thing that got on my nerve was that there was only 1 exhaust tip, which got my ocd acting up. But I think im going with the 500x this weekend when i go shopping.
+William Su,Pat here, I have a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth, love it. Bought a 2016 Fiat 500X, love it too. Am going to install dual exhaust this summer can send pic if you want! Happy shopping!!

@Spikey Scenes I did, and thereas a lot to love but also a lot to hate. I would get it 100% over the jeep, but something to note, reliability is terrible in so many ways from the day that i bought it to current ownership. Random electronic issues are the most common, my licence plate light goes out all the time and tapping it with my hand causes it to fix itself the dealer wont fix it for whatever reason. The aircon plastic vent clips are terribly designed and they break off all the time ive replaced them 5x now. Ive also had the transmission shutoff on me mid drive a few times due to electronics failure. But i got a first year model, and maybe a lot of these issues have been fixed in later year models. best part for me is comfort for the price range i love the seats and leather and how it drives, and incredible brakes for a car in this class
@Spikey Scenes The AWD system is def one os the best in this class, its amazing in new england snow. Ive almost never gotten stuck in it and it corrects for wheels spin very immediately
I was invited by Fiat to drive this at Boughton House last year. The "off road look" 500 is better to look at, better to drive and had a better interior than the one in this film. The 1.4 multi jet is the best engine to have than the diesels

Look when he pushes start... the entire panel flexes back. Geez. I had the normal 500 for about a year. Bought it new. We have rather harsch winters here and when it sat still for a week in the winter it ran on 3 cylinders for a while and the dashboard had a small ominous flickering on one occation. The start/stop system freaked out a couple of times and I had to start it manually. They are fun cars and all but I sold it because I didn't trust it. I don't think I will buy a Fiat again even though it was great fun to drive.
Love it! Though I'm still not sure what a "lifestyle car" is. :)
A fun car to drive and just enjoy every moment of it. A versatile car to be useful and enjoy your day.
I guess Fiat figured, if Mini is doing it so can we.

Three egos got in the way of a proper review. I have one and they missed so much and got a lot wrong. I used to like 5th Gear because they were different to those idiots on TG. They have turned into them!

For a tall guy (1,94 m) like me, the back seats offer a lot of less confort like the front seats. Staying on the back seats my head is touching the roof :( I love the car, the exterior expecially, but i must say No for me

Maybe some real, bigger SUV. In the end I bought a KIA Sportage, but the Dacia Duster fits me well ;)

Most of these tests don't really tell you anything, most cars get an 8 out of 10. Where is the old Fifth Gear ?
Is Fifth Gear really a car show or is it a comedy gone wrong?
My neighbors have a 500L. Within 8 months it had 3 trips to the Garage and the water pump had gone. 18 months in amongst many other issues, they've had a new big end put in! I think I'll pass on the 500X

I want to hate SUVs too until I rented one then I understood. High driving position and roomy feeling interiors. So called professional reviewers can say what they want, sales figures do the talking.
I've been driving Fiat500x for three years now, and it just getting better :) Lifestyle car it is. But review is totally crap - no information at all, just snipe comments. I would not call it - REVIEW.

Hate this car it's like the giant mini. They are trying to milk the 500 brand for every penny so it's a cheap shot at making money out of a classic.
Although I'll add that the new 500 & mini (not the giant ones) are fine & in keeping with the old old original.
So is an mpv mini & 500 next...or a bus shaped like a beetle.....

This is not a review. What on earth did they say about the product? Not a single word on engine peformance and gearbox feel and overall dynamic performance. These team reviews are shallow and really not worth watching, unless you love cheap British humour.
