      I do both, so I like to add different weight lifting and calisthenics exercises within my workouts!

    Hey do you recommend a 30 sec rest in between or try to go straight into each 20 after another

      @@deenmanik8740 Good question! I would say anywhere from 30sec-2min should be ok it just depends on your level of fitness💪🏻
