You will get big arms if you stay disciplined and consistent. You can do this or some of my other workouts on my channel that are a little easier. As long as you put in the work it will pay off!💪🏻🙌🏻

Just realize, in fitness the reason your other video probably succeeded because you were shirtless and selling a transformation. Both of which sell well on YT.
