    Understand you’re trying to help people, but this is simply spreading misinformation. You may see more tone and definition doing body weight exercises, but you will never truly GROW without weight. Explosiveness is developed through weight training- moving heavy weights fast. You could use some of that in your training.

      How is this spreading misinformation if these exercises really do grow your triceps? Not everyone has access to weights so these are simple exercises anyone can do anywhere.

      "you will never grow without weight" did you know your body HAS WEIGHT? using my triceps to lift my 180lb body is way more of a workout than 30lb tricep extensions

    Come on bro yeah you can get some defention with using your body weight but to gain mass you got to have heavy weight for that

      do you lift more than your body weight? 30lb weights vs 100lb+ body...
