Special thanks for not avoiding minute details like time of cooking, recognising various cooking stages eg dahi roasting as improperly cooked dahi can devastate the dish. I have now tried 2 of your recipes: Paneer Lababdar and Shahi Paneer. I was very impressed as getting the final product to resemble that of a professional chef's just by following instructions is not easy. Minute details make all the difference.🙏
