This is the full show and queue film from the Mickey Mouse Revue at Tokyo Disneyland in 2000 (Opening exterior clip shot in 1989). Prior to Tokyo Disneyland, the attraction was at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. The show featured quite a few audio-animatronics of Disney characters, including Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Cinderella & Prince Charming, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the Three Little Pigs and many more!

I remember seeing this at WDW in the 70s. I was only 3 and this was my 1st time seeing Mickey in the park. When the show ended & the curtain closed, I yelled at the top of my lungs, "MICKEY! MICKEY! DON'T GOOOO!" (I didn't realize they were animatronics because... I was 3) and the ENTIRE audience busted out laughing. My parents wanted to crawl under the seats and die. LOL!!!
@MarioBlox64 I have a similar story . When I was 5 I was on "it's a small world!" at WDW and I sung through the entire ride . At the end as we were entering the good-bye room I said "NO! Come Back ! " at the top of my lungs !
My dad saw this show when he visited Tokyo Disneyland and recorded it on VHS for me to watch. The tape was lost. I got the chills with tears of nostalgia.

I like PhilharMagic, but I definitely prefer this. But the Three Caballeros look strange compared to what they look like on Gran Fiesta Tour at Epcot.
They were feathered and some other stuff had to be replaced.
@@Terry_T-BoneIt took me over a year to see this, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you forgot about it.
It’s not just the feathering. The lighting also makes a difference in how they appear here. I was not factoring in the higher fluidity you see today, as they were completely rebuilt in 2021 (and based on Disney’s words, it’s almost certain the 50-year-old hydraulics were replaced with a modern all-electric servo system).
@@Nytalitethe outfits were also changed to be accurate to their 40s appearance, the ones at the revue had different clothing
This should have never left WDW in Florida. They could have created a second one for Tokyo, but they did not have to give them ours. That being said, the preshow film should have been edited to take out the WDW logo at the beginning!!
To be fair, Tokyo Disneyland used an extremely similar logo at the time.

I’ve always been confused about the animatronics sizes, I mean part of me wants to say they are small cause they look small but we know the size of Mickey and the three caballeros and they are about medium sized, but then I’ve seen pictures of the Alice animatronic being almost as tall as one of the imagineers! Am I dumb and they’re just far away or are they tiny?
the human animatronics were as tall as real humans but the animals were much smaller
If you have been to Epcot at Disney World you can see some of the animatronics from this show in the Mexico pavilion ride.

The fact that Disney removed this ride is the reason why I heavily prefer Universal Studios.
At least Disney keeps most of its ride universal can’t make a ride last more than 20 years

I’m so sad that Disney didn’t just make duplicate animatronics for Tokyo. This is my favorite thing I have never experienced in WDW other than the og figment. This and tiki room/tropical serenade would have to be the only musical wdw shows I could sit through (hate carrousel and country bears)

The Three Cabelleros are at Epcot in the Gran Fiesta Tour. Mickey is in the Walt Disney Archives. We aren't sure on the others.
