Yes ivys up b is the one tether you can aim. It can make it really frustrating move to learn, but then versatile once you figure that out. You have about 80 degrees of range with it so it makes an amazing mix up when people are avoiding your up air.

1:40 yeah your fair hit because the pit player dropped the orbitars in between hits so that was a mistake on their part. If you drop your orbitars it takes a moment for them to visually disappear but they are gone pretty much immediately upon releasing down b so you don't get the protection. You can kind of see pit begin to do his spinning animation (the one he does when he releases orbitars) right before the second fair is about to swing.

The surprise egg thing in the United States is because they get unintentionally tagged by this law that says you can't sell food that has some inedible thing inside it. I forget the exact text. A chocolate egg with an encapsulated toy inside is innocuous enough, but according to some incident of how this law was written, it's prohibited.
Law is a weird and cumbersome thing, and opening up a gate in regulations on packaged food for the sake of Kinder Eggs is an insane amount of trouble. More trouble than just living in Canada.

Today i learned that my local walmart is breaking the law by selling the surprise kinder eggs. I fucking love those things and almost always pick one up when I am getting groceries.
My dad always used to bring us Kinder surprise eggs from when he visited other countries on business trips. I think they're banned in the US because some person probably sued someone because their kid inhaled the toy inside? Who knows. Probably some lawsuit because some parents can't help but blame everyone but themselves for their kids' behavior

Cheetos are kinda "banned". Fritolays would be able to sell them under different name but calling them cheetos is illegal because of the naming rights of "chitos". A snack that is completly made up and doesn't exist, only on paper. Intersnack Knabbergebäck (Funny Frisch, Chio etc) is the holder of that name. They just want to stop cheetos from entering the market, because they would friggin lose millions cause Cheetos is godlike :D
So on the "Kinder" surprise eggs thing. Let's just say some children weren't finding toys in their eggs.

That's why I said it is the "official" counterplay. I don't recommend going for it so often, I only did it for the lulz. If you mess up you either receive huge damage or lose your stock
