Very fond memories of Calum Kennedy. I was just a teenager in the late sixties. Irish TV had a programme called calum's ceile. It was the highlight of the week. My thanks for those lovely memories. May he rest in peace. 🙏

I live in Olympia, Washington State, and Calum Kennedy's songs were the background of my childhood, as my father (born in Boston), had every record available to us in the 1960's. These songs are also some of my own childrens favorites as my siblings and I continue to listen to them as we intoduce the next generation to this beautiful voice.

Fondest memories of going to seeing him live with my beloved mum as a child in Corpach village hall, the purest of voices & surely the greatest of gaelic singers

You can have you're Stewart's and your Mckellars but for me Callum Kennedy was the greatest Scottish singer ever, I met him and immediately loved him a very warm human being!

This was so wonderful, what a great video. I am eighty years old and now live in Canada. A truly great singer and personality, I feel I have been reintroduced to the real Calum Kennedy and the Scotland of my younger days. Thank you for this great pleasure.

Calum and his Heavenly voice evokes memories that give tearful, though incredible memories of my youth working in Scotlands Highlands during late '50, early '60. Memories that bring tears to my eyes.
It's an understatement to say he was a great singer. He was much more. His voice was Heavenly.
To borrow a phrase, " His throat was touched by God"

I well remember Fiona, when she sang "Dream Angus" and played the leading rôle in BBC Scotland's drama "The Witch's Daughter". Decades later, I was teaching the piping to a Scottish architect, and he mentioned that he used to go out with Fiona !
