We're going back to Combe Haven soon, it will be nice to see all the facilities as the last time we went was just after lockdown and the main facilities were closed.
Everything is more expensive now and the weather is not good.We sold the caravan and every year we go to Italy or Franc,where the weather is beautiful and much cheaper.In England is all the time rain,rain and rain 🌧🌧
I'm slowly making my way round all the Haven sites, i will have to do the north England and Scotland ones in a block I think as its quite a way for me.
Where do you usually stay? We booked this break when it was a Parkdean resort, and I believe this park has been taken over by someone else now as Royale went into administration.

I'm fairly sure this is now an Away Resorts holiday park after Royale went into administration. I feel sorry for the staff having so many changes in such a short time.

@tinymouse.travel I would like to visit again now it's an Away Resort. We really enjoyed our chalet at Whitecliff, but it had a hottub, and that makes a lot of things better 🙂
@@KarionTravelling the hot tub looked amazing. I've never stayed anywhere with it's own hot tub but your video did inspire me to start researching possible breaks that have a hot tub.
@tinymouse.travel it was lovely. Being able to step into your own private tub in the middle of the night and watch the stars was brilliant - and they were very well looked after with twice daily visits from maintenance to check water levels.
This park looks really good loving the way you do smaller companies which really gives good info on what they do xx

My parents used to have a caravan on this site back in the 70s when it was privately owned. Just a shop small arcade clubhouse & chip shop then
I think it's changed yet again, and now it's an Away Resorts park.

I really miss Combe haven 😭 we had a platinum Knightsbridge caravan it was beautiful it had everything in it it’s just sad that time flys by 🥺

Package deals abroad have definitely become more competitive again.

I think so, the changeover happened very quickly. The staff were only told about it a few hours before the general public were emailed.
