Probably never will, because I don't feel like getting broken a second time. Do give it a go if you haven't exposed yourself to either one form because it's very sad but too beautiful to not be experienced.

@Beny711 It's so long since I watched it. There are 3 couples in the story. The stories are touching but only the last story which is the maker of Hybrid Child is the one with the really sad ending. His childhood love committed seppuku(suicide) to save his clan ppl because he become head of the clan accidentally after the old head died because of war. In the end his clan lost the war so in the clan someone had to take responsibility. The maker of Hybrid Child met him before Seppuku and finally confessed his love to him and spend the night together. He was heartbroken after that and saw his dolls which was his hobby after going back home and started working on it. His hybrid doll look very much like his love. One day, his hybrid doll gave him a Sakura branch and started talking to him which is the exact thing that his love did when they were kids.

Tsukishima (Brown hair, Green eyes) committed a suicide to save the village from the war but before this Kuroda (Black hair, Blue eyes) confessed his love for him after finding out about his sacrifice but then it happened. Before all of this, he created a Hybrid Child which looked exactly like Tsukishima so after his death, Kuroda finished building it completely. Soon after seeing the Blossom tree, the Hybrid Child picked a branch and gave it to Kuroda, which is what Tsukishima did before the war. That's why he was shocked but if you want the details you should watch the anime.

Hybrid Child. This is more on Shounen ai than Yaoi. By the way, it has 3 sets of stories including the creator of the Hybrid Child and it explains why he created them. This is a touching story for me. It's more leaning on the emotional side than the physical one.
