Yay! I’m 1/4 Georgian and I loooove their cuisine! Great videos and very delicious food! Also for everyone who’s wondering: take a very small bite out of khinkali. If they are made correctly there will be a looot of broth. So you have to be extra careful!)
Is it…is it really? Cause I like cheese as much as the next person….but that wasn’t melted cheese on top of something else….but really just a ton of melted cheese…the raw egg..also no thank you
Actually it's the first time I see the egg raw in adjarian khachapuri. Usually they put it back in the oven for a couple of minutes so egg is still soft, but not 100% raw. @@maryd3779
Oh my god, that looks freaking incredible. New cuisine to add to my list of foreign cuisines that I've never tried because I'm an ignorant American, lol. Was just recently introduced to Indian cuisine from the internet. Life changing.

Thank you for your great work/videos... Georgian cuisine is as diverse as Georgian culture, Georgian folklore, Georgian music from different regions (Samegrelo, Guria, Kakheti, Adjara, Svaneti, Kartli, Imereti, etc.) of Georgia, a country in the Black Sea region of Europe in the Caucasus... Also, just in case, about Georgians with more details as a historian by profession. Georgians represent one of the groups of European peoples, as the descendants of the Iberians and Kolkhians. Georgians in Georgia ( Caucasus) , Etruscans, Sardinians in Italy (Etruscans, who, along with others also lived on the territory of the kingdom of Kolkhida in the western part of Georgia by the Black Sea), Corsicans in Corsica, Picts in Britain, Spanish Iberians in Spain and other European people have same ethno, ethnic origin, Georgians are related to those peoples of Europe who have both Iberian and Celtic ethnic origins. Also, so for centuries and millennia between the ancestors of the Georgians and the Romans, after the Eastern Romans, there were closely mixed ethno-cultural relations, which also accordingly affected the genetic level of the peoples of the Georgians and Italians (Also, the ancestors of the Georgians lived not only in the territory of Georgia, but also in other parts of Europe, South-East Europe, also, the ancestors of the Georgians, along with other European peoples of the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions, are also one of the creators of the Mediterranean civilization in those ancient historical times and so on. ), which is proved by history, respectively life itself, proved at the level of genetics (proved genealogically in different periods of time, including the director of the Zurich Genealogical Center R. Scholz), archeology, cultures, culture and so on., accordingly proven by life itself, and this is why all these listed peoples ( together with originality of each of these ethno, ethnic peoples) have similarities, identical in different forms of culture, in folk music, dance, in ancient architectural style and so on. Georgian cultures/culture of different historical times (including modern times) are European ( together with their own culture/ cultures, influences with different European cultures, beginning from ancient times, influences with ancient Greek civilizations, cultures, with Roman cultures, later with East Roman/Byzantine culture, with Catholic Europe and other European cultures during all historical periods in history of Georgians, Georgia, subsequently, among other European cultures, having the closest relationship also with Russian culture) and this is why Georgians ( Georgia's) European way is absolutely naturally and historically right way... Sincerely, Alex... We ( my parents , my brother and me) lived in New York City for 24 years and this unique city will always be a part of our lives, after 3 years I really miss New York ❤️
You guys really love cheese in the US :D I would recommend to consume less and higher quality cheese. In Italy or France they breed cows specifically to get the best milk for cheese. In the US unfortunately all the milk that is not good enough for drinking becomes cheese..
I've been to Georgia a couple of times, my favorite dish is kupati. My favorite khinkhali is potato. I never heard anyone describe khachapuri as light, it's delicious but heavy. I never finished one myself.
Maybe it's cause I grew up in an Eastern area where cheese was not used a lot, but... that looks like too much cheese to me. Well, my favorite flavor is 'refreshing and spicy' and not a lot of food is like that in my culture as well... Love lemon(as an ingredient)
Dammit, Pizza Hut! If that " mom and pop" owned restaurant can afford to put that much cheese in their dishes, then you can afford to put enough extra cheese on your pizza so people can actually see it!
That's a lot of cheese!!! Everything Looks amazing.
Super
More cheese doesn't make the food better
I don't think so @@Houlque
