The lyrics are written in bokmål, but there is no such thing as "speaking/singing bokmål or nynorsk" as those terms only refers to the two standard *written* forms of the Norwegian language. Orally everyone speaks/sings a dialect, but bokmål sounds pretty much like the Oslo dialect.
