Hi there, I like your layout, the new 2mt loco n stock look great, TMC do superb weathering. Your new scene in the countryside looks superb, the hedges are spot on. I'd go for the dressed stone, it'll look great when painted and weathered. All the best. Brian @ The Angels
Thanks, Brian, for your comment and glad you like the layout. Yeah I want to purchase a couple of them Hornby 2mt in Black and Green 🚂😉👍🏼. Yeah really pleased how the hedges turned out first time using horsehair 😬. Thanks for leaving a comment regarding what wall to go for. Thanks for watching all tge best John.
Yes, they are Hunts magnetic couplings by West Hill Wagon Works, so they couple quite close. Regarding radius I can't say as my bends are done with flexible track, not set track. I hope this is some help?? Glad you like the layout 😉👍🏼 John
@@HighOakJunction Here in NZ those model shows are out of reach. I'm keen to know how to uncouple Hunts couplings automatically. Do you just insert a couple of fingers?
It's nice to hear that I'm reaching out to the southern hemisphere and you enjoying the channel. Regarding automatic uncoupling, I found this video what might of some use, so click on the link ruclips.net/video/sF7JWdMQYkQ/видео.html
Look forward to seeing the layout in the flesh before too long!😊
Yeah I don't charge admissions 😉🤣🤣

Hi there, the layout is coming on nicely. I would use the stone wall as using the dressed would have cost the railway too much.
Thanks, Terence, for your comment very true indeed in the railway keeping costs down in building walls. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Lovely. 14:40 - Hi-Viz jackets in the age of steam?
Yeah Bachmann railway workers 60's /70s. I might paint over the hi viz make more donkey jackets😉👍🏼
Great layout you have there. Those coaches are really close-coupled. How's it done? What radius can they manage?

@@HighOakJunction Ah yes, I've heard of those... what a difference it makes!
