I try to catch your lives at some point the same day. But living in the west USA the timing falls usually in the morning during work. But they are work watching with some great info. I know I go through periods of buying knives and long periods I don’t. Probably no one needs another knife, but there are so many interesting pieces that are works of art really.
I'd be particularly interested in tips on buying used knives, I'm never really sure where is best to look as knives on ebay aren't a thing in the UK sadly.
