I actually loved this episode when I was younger, I really thought it was funny, and nowadays I still don't mind it that much but I see where you are coming from. One nice fact is that, at least on the Brazilian Portuguese version, Ben's voice actor, Charles Emmanuel, actually seemed to match Ben's expressions a bit better, maybe cuz, well, it was dubbed and it seems he was trying to use his voice to match more the animations than the original voice by Yuri.

This episode was decent at first but when I watched again, it felt “meh” Khyber Panuncian’s chase Ditto was a waste of time and ruining the pacing in this episode. As soon Khyber said Panuncian is Ditto’s predator, Ben should’ve switch forms straight away but the show makes him look so dumb, even though I like Omniverse. This is Season 4 of Omniverse. Good to see Feedback in action, again.
I liked the ditto scene as a kid but yeah looking at it now it was a waste of time😂 That time shouldve been used for a full fight against all the nemetrix aliens, but it was probably too complex for the animators to coreograph (same as the albedo fight) so they opted for the ditto scene and albedo one shotting aliens for some reason
He likely only uses his human form since it’s the form that Ben and the Plumbers recognize him as. The episode being so Looney Toon could be because it was Ditto centered with Ditto’s predator.
33:43 actually, ben will never transformed to way big again in the series, he will show up twice as a cameo and mad ben will uses him in season 7, and 11 years old ben will use him once, but for prime ben that’s it with way big

I gotta say, I really hate how Omniverse treated Albedo and Charmcaster. Both of them had a sympathetic side to their stories and stood out from most of the other evil, power-hungry villains in Ben 10. In Ultimate Alien both of them had started to undergo a character arc where in their second to last appearances they finally got what they wanted, only to lose it almost immediately after. And then we got to see the fallouts of that. Charmcaster fell into this depressive state after her father condemned her actions and traded his life for everyone else’s in Legerdomain. She was left with no other purpos in life, having to find a new one. Hooking up with Michael was definitely a way for her to distract herself from all of that and having someone new in her life would’ve greatly helped her cope with her loss. Too bad for her that that didn’t work out. Albedo was so close to being a Galvan again and just quitting his villainy altogether, to which Ben was even happy for him, but his own friend betrayed him and took that away from him. He said he didn’t blame Hugh and only blamed Ben, but since neither him, nor the other actors ever made a reappearance, it’s obvious Albedo distanced himself from them. And in his follow-up appearance Albedo was shown to be genuinely terrified of Ben, if not even traumatized from all his history with him. He’s been bested time and time again by this one human teenager, who he just wants nothing to do with, but who he can’t escape from, even when looking in the mirror. And then Omniverse happened and both of them became generically evil again. It was genuinely such a letdown. Like, we already have Vilgax, Animo, Zs’Skayr, Aggregor and they gave us Malware, Maltruant, etc. who are all unapologetically evil and fun. Just why couldn’t Charmcaster and Albedo be different?
Cause they're not Kevin, obviously only Kevin can be a villain and have a redemption arc, becoming evil again and always switching from good and evil, or some type of complexity. also, it's ironic that you didn't mention Khyber, despite him being the villain of this episode, lol.
@@nateds7326 Charmcaster's last appearance was after she discovered that Michael was manipulating her, she personally handed him over to the trio and allowed Ben's team to leave Legerdomine... I don't understand what the problem is with Charmcaster's redemption... In the original series Kevin and Hex tried to kill the Tennyson family several times... but then they ended up becoming good.
One thing to note about this episode (it’s probably a coincidence), but Ben loses as Shocksquatch to Albedo as Ultimate Spidermonkey *again*, just like his first reappearance a couple episodes ago.
Best case as to what happened: Albedo was playing 4-D chess to buy himself time, throwing a bunch of dead ends up to confuse his enemies. Worst case as to what happened: Albedo was just making it up as he went along. Honestly he didn't think he'd even get as far as capturing Azmuth and had to think up something in 22 minutes or less.
15:10 I unironically do love Ben’s recognition of ditto’s home planet and species because it shows a level of respect for his aliens that I wish he showed more in OV and Ben ten as a whole, where he’s able to tell what species and planets his aliens are from just by them being mentioned
My head canon is that the reason these predators are so small is because that cat thing is a lot younger than Zed so each of these predators is younger than Zed's as well
7:54 you bring up how Slamworm is smaller than usual, but it has no collar...its not the Panuncian, its just a regular Slammoid most likely a young one
I can think of two possible reasons: 1) Mechamorphs were created by Azmuth. Albedo refuses to acknowledge their utility because it'd mean accepting Azmuth is superior 2) Albedo is speciesist against Mechamorphs because they're an artificial species created by Galvans and therefore inferior
@@christianparrish3292 And I remember getting Animaniacs DVDs on road trips and seeing this OV Episode that involves Ditto brings me a warm feeling to my nostalgic heart.
I feel like Kuro misunderstands Ditto and how you write for him. We know that there are aliens which influence Ben's personality (most obviously Rath) and I feel like whenever Ben is Ditto he really leans into the Animaniacs-esque inspiration for him. Kuro calls the dialogue sloppy when Ditto says "Hey that's Ditto's home-planet" ... "Hey that's Ditto's species" but that's intended to be a stake-raising joke like you'd get from Yakko. Similarly, whilst, yes, it would make sense for Ben to change alien it wouldn't make sense for Ditto to do so. Oh- it's me. I'm the Ditto fan
@@frankspick7544 considering he transformed back, and didn’t choose ditto again, and straight up said “well maybe you can beat ditto…” ya I’d say he relented in trying to use ditto to win.
Here's the thing No hate to Kuro but he went into this episode expecting to dislike it When you do that it's very easy for shit that isn't a big deal to come across as worse than usual..cuz well I'm not a ditto fan and even I'll admit this episode is kinda slow but it never felt god awful to me when i rewatched it
This is where the arcs in Omniverse start falling off. So few episodes are dedicated to the seasonal arcs that one mediocre episode can bring down the entire thing. And you'd think that these arcs would be fast paced but they still find ways to be bogged down by unnecessary fluff.
I agree with that take, or its like the time they take to dedicate to the main story of the seasonsal arcs could have been longer,Like the Mad Ben arc, instead of it being a 2 parter.
I think this episode could easily be one of my favorites if they replaced the ditto scene with a scene like classic master control in the null void. I know he doesn't have master control but he can still quick change and he could try fighting all the predators at once, changing whenever he has to fight his natural predator. At some point he just gets too tired or the battery is running low so he turns in to astrodactyl and flies away. The plot of the episode would still suck but 5 minutes of that would be like top 5 moments in the franchise for me.
9:43 It will never not be cursed that his middle name is Kirby and his whole gimmick is transforming by er...copying other lifeforms technically. 11:55 I mean yeah, it's not even an Omnitrix, its primary function is just to make his own transformations permanent. 15:33 And this is a perfect moment where they should have written in something they already stated previously. That being that Ben really has no choice but to fight at a disadvantage when against the Nemetrix because it influences the Omnitrix. Unless Phil just made that up and locking the Omnitrix into electrical aliens was his ability somehow, rather than the Nemetrix energy locking it to only allow for valid prey to be selected. Like seriously, that is a valid plotpoint that explains a lot of weirdness in Khyber episodes, why is it never coming up? 24:47 That's the most Albedo thing ever, change my mind. 26:57 Albedo really just cannot let his one success go, man. The ultimate function was that one thing and he just has to claw himself to it. Bro would probably see crimson if he knew that Azmuth badmouthed the function hard that one time. 28:40 The second time he mentioned his prison time in this episode, it must have legitimately sucked, especially because he was presumably thrown in while still dealing with trauma from the dream eater(Which btw, he still shouldn't have been this eager to stick with the ultinate function after that dream, I stick with that take). Though yeah, he is just blaming Ben over the actual reason again. First time it was Hugh, now it is himself because he was obviously jailed for trying to put the thing on Ben in the first place. Even for how petty Albedo was before, this feels like character stagnation. They just flanderized his previous depiction rather than expanding in a new direction like the previous episodes with him did.
honestly i think that albedo's transition from "i will leave this backwater planet" to "do you think i will forget these humiliations" was justified back in UA. at the end of Double or Nothing albedo only strengthens the idea that ben is the cause of all the problems. in Night of the living nightmare albedo arrives in a psychological trip that being a complete copy of ben he is not able to defeat him. he is better than him by default, even without making absolutely any effort, i think what he went through in nightmare episode only strengthened his superiority complex as a kind of protection, which we see in his ov personality
Ik you hate the goofy and silly of Ben 10 but you and everyone forget it’s suppose to be random, silly, fun, action packed and etc. now this episode definitely isn’t the best of a all ever but we get introduced to more predators, and the tech to make them go ultimate. Now nothing happens with the idea much but it’s still freaking cool
I like how some of the predators have abilities to specifically counter their prey, while others have the same ability as their prey in addition to something else
This episode may be bad but at the end when Albedo says two iconic villain lines and ben calls him on bad guys using those lines too much just for Albedo to say theres nothing wrong with the classics was funny.
Honestly, I’m with you, Kuro. The beginning and end of the Albedo arc is great (not counting the episodes that don’t contribute) imao but the middle is such a drag to get through.
Since I'm from the Middle East I never known that the color thing was an actual thing But when I rewatched the series I noticed that the episode is much lighter than I remember it being So I returned to the dub and saw it And yes there's a difference Thanks for mentioning this It used to annoy me when I rewatched the series
I don't think the Slamworm being small is an error. That Slamworm isn't wearing the Nemetrix, I think it's from the wild. That is just straight up either an adolescent or unusually small Slamworm.
It's so strange how this episode housed two extremely popular trix gimmicks, and didn't really play that to their advantage. When I first watched this episode, I thought the point was gonna be Khyber and Albedo using their gimmicks to wear Ben down, because while Ben is great and all that, we've seen he's struggled with these two gimmicks in the past.
Quick theory: the ultimatrix creates the Ultimates by simulating the worst-case scenario for the species. If we consider that it is a predator, then we can assume that its worst-case scenario would be the extinction of its main prey, the Dittos in this case. So, in addition to Ben's sagacity, the Panusians lost the habit of hunting Dittos but still maintained cloning. Evolution is not about getting stronger, but about adapting better.
@@antoniolopes1754 fun fact: In the Latam dubbing of the Alien Force's 3th season (I don't remember if it was also in Supremacy or for how long) that's what they called the Ultimatrix
Ben: Waybig is overkill against this predator worm Also Ben: Dang the plot demands that the villain gets his point across, better use Alien X with full control against this bunch of hybrids I could easily fight with my regular aliens
Ben normally:"I don't want ultimate power, I will only use it when absolutely needed." Ben in that episode:"It's no use! Take this!"(Yeeting everyone with psychokinesis like Sonic 06 Silver)
Request/Idea for a video A very common thing that pops up in big/important episodes of Ben 10 is the idea that "the Omnitrix is just a gadget and Ben doesn't need it to be a hero". While there are moments where Ben goes a bit as a human, I can't recall any major threat he's faced that didn't require the Omnitrix. So I think a cool idea for a video would just be a montage of all the times Ben was doing heroics as just a human, not only showing off that Tennyson strength/agility, but also showing what situations he has ACTUALLY not needed the Omnitrix to solve/overcome.
Fun fact about this episode's airdate for the Doctor Who fans in the community. It aired the same day as Day of the Doctor. The 50th Anniversary special.
probs my first comment to yall at the ink tank but to ur question kuro, i mean i personally think the "left turn at alberkirki" works for ditto only because he is a reffrence in it of himself anywauys, the fact the animaniac alien makes the reffrence is that pass srry if anyone thinks thats a dumb reason
29:48 Yeah this is just not good character writing, Albedo got want he wanted all this time and yet he's still trying to double down on his revenge against Ben when he can just leave.
35:06 Start of Episode Ben gets kidnapped by Albedo and Khyber Shenanigans happen for like 10 minutes Azmuth is revealed to also have been kidnapped End of Episode
I am a big Ditto fan but I will admit, I would have rather had that whole Looney Tunes be either cut or shortened by a lot to see Ben go against all of the predators. We could have seen an alien which has not gone against any of these aliens give it a shot and see how well they do. I could imagine Four Arms going against all these predators and would be amazing to see more aliens have cool moments in Omniverse.
6:30. I think albedo might have done this to ensure he had more control over what time Ben arrived, so Ben would also stay human and not try to flank him or anything by changing. Also pretty sure Galvan form isn’t the best for running
Listen listen, I'm probably the BIGGEST Ditto fan there is, with my own ideas for Hathor and Splixsons in general. Nobody tops me. ...but yeah, a lot of that scene wasn't necessarily needed.
I think Albedo stayed in human to appear as less of a threat to Ben AND so he could keep human running speed/stay within Ben's POV AND maybe so Ben wouldn't use any of his alien's power to figure out it was a trap. That's my headcanon, anyway.
It's interesting how Nemetrix can change Hathorans into many different forms, while Omnitrix requires all of the clones to be held together. Do they still can merge? It would make sense for Snorosians, as their clones are pretty independed, while Hathorans' clones are still one and the same entity.
I think it works because the clone-maker in the one wearing the Nemetrix. It has natural cloning powers before transforming into anything. An actual Splixon could probably do the same thing, if they put on the Omnitrix instead of Ben.
As sloppy as this episode is, I will always love the “hyperkinetic miscreant” line simply because it’s just a really wordy way of calling someone a Spazz and I find it extremely funny
20:10 There probably are many ships with that but they'd reduce the amount by a lot by just needing to find ben AND the energy emissions in the same place that have happened recently
@ 35:12 Azmuth gets captured. Ben got captured, but led a merry goose chase otherwise. Grandpa and Rook also get led on a merry goose chase, but not by Ben. Oh, and Kyber and Albedo are here… for some reason. There, explained.
It just cannot logically happen in-narrative unless one writes in a plot where Albedo steals the official Omnitrix, hacks it to include the ultinate feature, then has to either return it to Ben afterwards for some reason or it being taken back from him by force.
@@davidkuykendall3778 The whole reason the original ultimatrix was replaced was because it was a poorly made device full of bugs and lacking in failsaves. That thing is not coming back. And the new Ultimatrix is not an Omnitrix at all, it is nearly worthless to anyone who cannot already transform on their own.
Albedo is probably the most valid villain to be evil. Bro just wants to be his version of normal and Ben keeps messing it up sometimes accidentally. No wonder he went insane
My summary of this episode: Ben gets abducted and waists time until he's rescued only to find out about a bigger plot. It seems Kyber kept some of the predators as pets and that collar is like a signature (if it's wearing this collar it's mine) and it's not actually part of the device. That was obviously a baby Slamworm. Clever to breed your pet/trophy since it won't live forever and you don't want to go through the trouble of getting another one. The fact that the new Nemetrix user is a predator seems like cheating. Sure there are ten predators, but one being the device user means only nine are actually transformations, it'd be like if Ben only had nine aliens and counted his human form as the tenth. Not to mention we almost got a tenth that would've been a virus that preys upon Waybig's species! I'm fine with Ditto not completely dieing if one clone is killed but I would still have them feel each other's pain, like Starscream in Transformers Prime. (In one episode he makes clones and whenever they died he felt it so, after killing the only survivor, he stopped using that tactic.) That was one of two issues I had with Ben giving Kenny Ditto (the other being he gave him Buzzshock who's also a duper, although it could be a form of reproduction which could be why Ben never uses it) the fact that if one died they all did. Doesn't seem like the safest alien to give your son Ben.
the way i see i think albedo has literally gone off the deep end and now that he got what he wants theres no way he can hide that becoming ben literally made him go insane. i think thats what the writers were trying to convey. albedo going so insane he doesnt make sense to anyone but himself

This episode was decent at first but when I watched again, it felt “meh”
Khyber Panuncian’s chase Ditto was a waste of time and ruining the pacing in this episode.
As soon Khyber said Panuncian is Ditto’s predator, Ben should’ve switch forms straight away but the show makes him look so dumb, even though I like Omniverse. This is Season 4 of Omniverse.
Good to see Feedback in action, again.
If this episode were to be made today I would say this episode had a bad case of “Marvel Comedy Syndrome” MCS.
I'm just waiting for the Multiverse Arc Breakdown.
I liked the ditto scene as a kid but yeah looking at it now it was a waste of time😂
That time shouldve been used for a full fight against all the nemetrix aliens, but it was probably too complex for the animators to coreograph (same as the albedo fight) so they opted for the ditto scene and albedo one shotting aliens for some reason
@orbboom6119 It's scenes like those that make it hard to defend Khyber as a villain even if you're a fan of him.
Omniverse in a nutshell, a mess with some great moments
He likely only uses his human form since it’s the form that Ben and the Plumbers recognize him as.
The episode being so Looney Toon could be because it was Ditto centered with Ditto’s predator.
So basically Animaniacs but with Ditto
@ pretty sure Ditto was based on the Animaniacs
Sees the title of the video: Hell yeah, ruthless Kuro is back!
33:43 actually, ben will never transformed to way big again in the series, he will show up twice as a cameo and mad ben will uses him in season 7, and 11 years old ben will use him once, but for prime ben that’s it with way big
4:23 Thankfully video editors like CapCut can fix the colors of this episode, I say It’s Specially necessary for having and preserving the best quality version of this episode because the DVD Version while it’s corrected it’s only in 480p, (Thought since this episode it’s considered not that great by a lot of the Ben 10 Community, I dont know if that’s a good thing to preserve this episode XD)
If someone has the episode downloaded and wants the method to fix the colors, Ask me in the comments because I did it myself and I will be very happy to help you guys :,)
Ben's running animation reminds me of the one they gave the Flash in his Superman TAS episode, that they poorly recycled for JL.
Last time we saw Charmcaster she murdered the main cast. I don't think you get to be redeemed after that.
Cause they're not Kevin, obviously only Kevin can be a villain and have a redemption arc, becoming evil again and always switching from good and evil, or some type of complexity. also, it's ironic that you didn't mention Khyber, despite him being the villain of this episode, lol.
@@nateds7326
Charmcaster's last appearance was after she discovered that Michael was manipulating her, she personally handed him over to the trio and allowed Ben's team to leave Legerdomine... I don't understand what the problem is with Charmcaster's redemption... In the original series Kevin and Hex tried to kill the Tennyson family several times... but then they ended up becoming good.
@@jchgbluedemon2729 they only tried, she killed them
One thing to note about this episode (it’s probably a coincidence), but Ben loses as Shocksquatch to Albedo as Ultimate Spidermonkey *again*, just like his first reappearance a couple episodes ago.
Best comment
Full on Plankton. "I don't know. I didn't think I'd get this far."
15:10 I unironically do love Ben’s recognition of ditto’s home planet and species because it shows a level of respect for his aliens that I wish he showed more in OV and Ben ten as a whole, where he’s able to tell what species and planets his aliens are from just by them being mentioned
Albedo is so insane and crazy I cant help but love him you can tell Yuri is having so much fun voicing him
My head canon is that the reason these predators are so small is because that cat thing is a lot younger than Zed so each of these predators is younger than Zed's as well
Ultimate Humungousaur was the first ultimate alien used on screen. Maybe that is why, Albedo says it is a classic.
7:54 you bring up how Slamworm is smaller than usual, but it has no collar...its not the Panuncian, its just a regular Slammoid most likely a young one
34:18 That just makes me wonder why we haven’t seen Albedo use Upgrade before, feels like he would understand how useful of a transformation it is
I can think of two possible reasons:
1) Mechamorphs were created by Azmuth. Albedo refuses to acknowledge their utility because it'd mean accepting Azmuth is superior
2) Albedo is speciesist against Mechamorphs because they're an artificial species created by Galvans and therefore inferior
@ Both excellent points
25:48 imagine Astrodactly just gets chomped by the Tyrannopede since the Klassofex Ultima is also this alien’s natural predator

Yeah.
Plus as Ben said afterwards, he was trying to prove a point that ditto could beat his predator. He failed tho and that’s why he relented.
@@ryninja5788 did he tho? Ditto did beat his predator kyber wouldn't have needed to use the others if that wasn't the case.
@@frankspick7544 considering he transformed back, and didn’t choose ditto again, and straight up said “well maybe you can beat ditto…” ya I’d say he relented in trying to use ditto to win.

Hard copium
They just flanderized his previous depiction rather than expanding in a new direction like the previous episodes with him did.
honestly i think that albedo's transition from "i will leave this backwater planet" to "do you think i will forget these humiliations" was justified back in UA. at the end of Double or Nothing albedo only strengthens the idea that ben is the cause of all the problems. in Night of the living nightmare albedo arrives in a psychological trip that being a complete copy of ben he is not able to defeat him. he is better than him by default, even without making absolutely any effort, i think what he went through in nightmare episode only strengthened his superiority complex as a kind of protection, which we see in his ov personality
thank you, using this anytime people say against OV Albedo
honestly, these two episodes gotta be one of my favourites of ov alongside the last fight with malware. idk, these episodes seem to be just done right
Ik you hate the goofy and silly of Ben 10 but you and everyone forget it’s suppose to be random, silly, fun, action packed and etc. now this episode definitely isn’t the best of a all ever but we get introduced to more predators, and the tech to make them go ultimate. Now nothing happens with the idea much but it’s still freaking cool
4:12 kinda looks like ed from ed edd n eddy
Must be the monobrow.
"Space Chickens, ed loves space chickens"
Albedo gets all the smug bastard rights, we love albedo
I like how some of the predators have abilities to specifically counter their prey, while others have the same ability as their prey in addition to something else
This episode may be bad but at the end when Albedo says two iconic villain lines and ben calls him on bad guys using those lines too much just for Albedo to say theres nothing wrong with the classics was funny.
Damn, I didn't realize we were already on episode 89 of season 4
Honestly, I’m with you, Kuro. The beginning and end of the Albedo arc is great (not counting the episodes that don’t contribute) imao but the middle is such a drag to get through.

Yay. Another Ben 10 breakdown, for my mental breakdown!
I don't think the Slamworm being small is an error. That Slamworm isn't wearing the Nemetrix, I think it's from the wild. That is just straight up either an adolescent or unusually small Slamworm.
and maybe thats why Ben didn't wanted to attack it as it was a child

Request/Idea for a video
A very common thing that pops up in big/important episodes of Ben 10 is the idea that "the Omnitrix is just a gadget and Ben doesn't need it to be a hero".
While there are moments where Ben goes a bit as a human, I can't recall any major threat he's faced that didn't require the Omnitrix.
So I think a cool idea for a video would just be a montage of all the times Ben was doing heroics as just a human, not only showing off that Tennyson strength/agility, but also showing what situations he has ACTUALLY not needed the Omnitrix to solve/overcome.
what will you do after you finish ben 10 breakdowns?
18:30 could the "reused asset" be from permanent retirement? Or WildVines 1st episode?

probs my first comment to yall at the ink tank but to ur question kuro, i mean i personally think the "left turn at alberkirki" works for ditto only because he is a reffrence in it of himself anywauys, the fact the animaniac alien makes the reffrence is that pass srry if anyone thinks thats a dumb reason
29:48 Yeah this is just not good character writing, Albedo got want he wanted all this time and yet he's still trying to double down on his revenge against Ben when he can just leave.

Truth
Aunque no se cómo cuatro brazos podría enfrentarse a un tyrannopeda
37:36
Animation errors are everywhere in this ep they escaped the fourthwall and made it into Kuro's editing of the points 😂😂😂
6:30. I think albedo might have done this to ensure he had more control over what time Ben arrived, so Ben would also stay human and not try to flank him or anything by changing. Also pretty sure Galvan form isn’t the best for running
I would for you to make a compilation video of all your funny adlib lines you said during Ben 10 Omniverse intro
Listen listen, I'm probably the BIGGEST Ditto fan there is, with my own ideas for Hathor and Splixsons in general. Nobody tops me.
...but yeah, a lot of that scene wasn't necessarily needed.
Happy Saturday everyone!
I think Albedo stayed in human to appear as less of a threat to Ben AND so he could keep human running speed/stay within Ben's POV AND maybe so Ben wouldn't use any of his alien's power to figure out it was a trap.
That's my headcanon, anyway.
Khyber is my favorite OV villain so I really enjoy any episode with the Nemetrix or his own combat skills
I think its too hard on this episode, I liked it a lot when i was a kid and i think this episode should have at least a few more points
20:10 There probably are many ships with that but they'd reduce the amount by a lot by just needing to find ben AND the energy emissions in the same place that have happened recently
I think this episode can be summed up as "okay... why though?"
I like seeing kyber and zed meeting again.
@ 35:12
Azmuth gets captured. Ben got captured, but led a merry goose chase otherwise.
Grandpa and Rook also get led on a merry goose chase, but not by Ben.
Oh, and Kyber and Albedo are here… for some reason.
There, explained.
If he couldn't use Waybig, then Gravattack, or Atomix would make good work with all those preds.
honestly I need a first watch through with fro bro
All aliens could have had potential ultimate forms
Your right and I wish Ben got back his ultimatrix after this arc.
It just cannot logically happen in-narrative unless one writes in a plot where Albedo steals the official Omnitrix, hacks it to include the ultinate feature, then has to either return it to Ben afterwards for some reason or it being taken back from him by force.
@@lpfan4491 But it happened before when Ben took Albedo's Ultimatrix before.
I revisited this ep and arc this year and while it has issues i still enjoy it. It's a pretty fun episode in my opinion

To respond to 7:26
Rook said *"Ben, wait!"* at 7:00
Albedo is probably the most valid villain to be evil.
(In one episode he makes clones and whenever they died he felt it so, after killing the only survivor, he stopped using that tactic.)
That was one of two issues I had with Ben giving Kenny Ditto (the other being he gave him Buzzshock who's also a duper, although it could be a form of reproduction which could be why Ben never uses it) the fact that if one died they all did.
