This video baffles me. The biting and spitting out of the banana into the bowl left me speechless and blending the coconut water carton in with the vegetables was ridiculous. There's a thin between comedy and idiocy and unfortunately you crossed that line which is ashame because the rest of the video you did so many things well. The production of the video was great. The energy and passion was fantastic. The tips were practical and achievable for people transitioning to a vegan diet. You also covered a lot in a short space of time. I think showing off your fitness while you were blending your drink's container was good as you're making it a reflection on what you can achieve physically with a vegan diet.
He's making veganism not look like a strict serious thing people should strictly follow, he makes it fun for everyone to watch and its helpful, it just shows he has a good sense of humor ;)
I guess the trick to marketing anything is to make your video memorable - I was weirded out by a lot of the strange things he did also - but I won't forget it any time soon so I guess he did his job!
*Puts container into belnder* me - waits for him to simply remove it *Presses down on container, signifying no remorse* me - begins to panick, questions life and why he is doing this *AND THEN HE BLOODY EATS IT!!*
I saw this video about 2-3 years ago and didn't pay much mind to it. I'm back now and actually a vegan. Life is so much better than when I first saw this video. I recommend vegan-ism to everyone.
diornotwar123 Motivation. Once you realize you've been living a lie it really puts a fire under your ass but Cheese has addictive properties so I wont lie it was hard at first but after a week your body will naturally adapt. You can do it! :D
I was a vegan for two years. I started when I was 10. after two years I went vegetarian because I REALLY wanted some ice cream from this place at the mall... I stayed vegetarian until I was 17. I can safely say that I maintained a very healthy weight and blood test results. I never really had an acne problem during my teens. The ONLY downside is that I'm 21 and can't grow a beard yet, just a simple mustache...
daniel johnston b12 is just a supplement found in natural fresh water and algae I wouldn't be afraid of taking it, I honestly wish I took it more. The only reason why meat has b12 is because of the fresh water they're exposed to or we feed it to them. Go for it man :D
As a new vegan (since last night) this is exactly what I need. I know I'm gonna feel hungry at the beginning until my body adjusts but I don't think I'm gonna regret it.
It's best to do things SLOWLY. If you try to be 100% vegan overnight, it will be difficult to stay on track. Also, stay away from fake meat. If you really want to be vegan you should work on eliminating your desire for animal products. If you use substitutes, the desire is still there. If you find your self having a serious craving for animal products, then eat animal products. A veggie burger is no substitute for a real burger. Make sure to get a high quality version of whatever it is. Avoid crap like McDonalds for satisfying a craving. If you end up only being vegan 80 or 90% of the time, I still call that a win. If you have significantly reduced your consumption of animal products, you are doing well. If you eat GOOD healthy vegan food, that should help reduce your craving for animal products. Check out the 'Manjula's kitchen' channel here on youtube. She has some amazing vegetarian and vegan recipies. Indians know how to do vegan the right way.
This video is so amazing and casual and exactly what the vegan community needs more of tbh. Like full on "this is really not as hard as everyone makes it out to be" and just casual and laid back and fun. I'm fucking loving it. I saw some comments yesterday where people complaining about a vegan cheesecake literally had no idea vegan cream cheese actually existed, come on guys, it's really not that hard to comprehend.
For thanksgiving I found a vegan "stuffed turkey". It was amazing! And even came with gravy! It's a pretty good size, maybe for about 8 people. I got it at WinCo. I'm not sure if you have those where you're from. Usually a big supermarket with some good vegan options would carry them. Whole foods should! You could secretly make it for your family and see their reaction! That's what I'd do!😄
Personally I am vegan, so I hope I answer your question right. I honestly think you should tell your family that you don't wanna eat meat. I promise they will get the message. If you have to keep reminding them, eventually they'll get the hint. :)
You show how easy it is being/eating NATURAL. I forget about that so often. At moments like this I remember that the food industry offers so much of what we don't need... Thanks Timothy! I'll allways support you!
Jake Steel he is so sexy, what are you talking about? Eating meat and contributing to animal suffering sounds fucking beta to me. This guy is alfa as fuck, you need to carb the fuck up.
He is so badass, he blended a carton with his shake, did vertical counter push-ups, did a backflip, and drank that vegan carton shake! And then here's me eating an ice cream cone... ._.
I'm just...... What was.... And the the- and the spitting the banana.... Hand push up- back tuck-counter-box in blender...edible baby...brain can't- face fruit... What did I jus....? SATAN
I see that this is a comment from 6 months ago. How are you doing with going vegan GuruDanWan? If you need any help feel free to contact me on any social media @hudleree.
Ashley Earley I just watched it again, you may be right. Hahah, I don't know what to make of it then, it was for entertainment purposes but what a waste.
mpnl21 Yeah, the juice was a waste if he can't drink it with the cardboard, but the other food is his personal stuff so he probably ate the rest of it that day or something. Who knows! I try not to be too negative about it. There are bigger issues than one guy wasting some juice :/
Im slowly becoming a vegan and I feel great. No more lethargic feeling and I slim down rather than bulk up ( im a girl so i prefer lean than big muscles). Although vegan diet is quite expensive, just the nut milk and coconut stuff, but it really changes your mind and body. I feel that I would do more vegetables than fruits because of the sugar, i am not totally into the belief that you can eat as much fruits as you want...anw yea vegan is good. It's good for the mind and body, at least in my experience.
I'm seriously considering veganism, I took the 30 day vegan challenge from the vegan society and as a working family man just do not have the time to prepare (some of the ingedients I cant find in regular supermarkets and health stores are not an option on my budget) the meals they sent me. However waching this has made me realise it may not be as difficult or expensive as I'd imagined Thank you.
+strumbolli bro you can cook meals that last a couple days and the great thing about veganism is that you can reheat most meals because theres no risk from heating vegan foods like there is meat. set your own recipes dont go from a challange its alot harder to follow when your starting off, build up your recipes slowly and like i said you can make meals for more than one day so youll be spending less time cooking every bloody meal lol
I think that is exactly what he means by saying being vegan is simple, but sometimes simple is difficult. I find that being vegan or plantbased is a transition. If you keep pushing, you will keep on learning, and succeed in your effort.
I think I'm in love. When he went down on that fruit salad, and bit the banana instead of chopping it and the upside down press ups whilst he makes a green smoothie. He can make me breakfast anytime
gums79 i know!!! so crazy. i had to re-watch the video because i was so shocked... this guy has a good channel but what the fuck i don't want to drink the plastic
Ever got so excited for a green smoothie that you just can't wait for the coconur water to pour out of the carton and instead decide to blend the whole thing up while doing a few handstand pushups and a backflip while it blends up? This got me pumped up for breakfast!
Being vegan doesn't necessarily have ANYTHING to do with the moral and ethical stance of not wanting to kill and enslave animals. I am continuously baffled by the lack of vegans who don't give a fuck about animals, strangely they all seem to care for animals uniformly. They shouldn't have to care about animals to be vegan! The truth is; there are so many different reasons for why you would want to become a vegan - all of which have nothing to do with the animals at all! Let me list just a few: 1. Health - Eliminate chances of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, strokes, heart disease and lower chances of many types of cancer like colon cancer and breast cancer etc. Saturated fats and cholesterol is ONLY found in animal products. Improve your cardiovascular ability and feel more alive and energized because your stomach won't have to spend so much energy trying to digest all of that acidic meat. And poop better too, don't spend so much time squeezing one out on the toilet. 2. Appearance - You will loose excess fat for sure (Unless you just drink soda and eat potato chips since that's technically vegan), your skin will start look to better and more clear, acne will most likely disappear or at least diminish a lot. 3. The environment - The live stock industry is responsible for more greenhouse gasses being released into the atmosphere than all forms of transportation combined. And forests are being chopped down to make room for the cattle so that we can kill them and eat them later. 4. You are against unnecessary starvation among humans - All of the grains used to feed livestock is taken from poor places like in Africa where the farmers are forced to sell their grains to western/richer countries so that we can have a juicy steak, meanwhile those farmers and their children starve to death. So even if you honestly don't give a flying fuck about the fact that more than 150 billion animals are slaughtered unnecessarily for human consumption every year and you don't consider animals to have any worth and you don't think twice about paying someone to kill them for you to eat, there are still many reasons for why you would want to become vegan. For your health, for your looks and for the planet.
this has been the best example so far I have seen of why new youtube isn't all bad. Intelligently written essays on the subject :) Vegan Future is coming :)
Seriously think its better to steer clear of the emotive, and stick with facts especially those that people see as having direct and tangible benefits to themselves. Also saves on arguing any given point.
Ohhhh. I'm just seeing this video now. 😂 thanks Timothy. This is both helpful and entertaining. So engaging that I couldn't look away and kept wondering what was next. 🕉🌱sending good vibes
I dont agree with the honey thing. Just because bees are smaller doesn't mean they should be less valued than a cow or a dog. They go through hell just like all the other animals out there being exploited and they have a central nervous system so they do feel pain. So i dont see why you should care any less for a bee than you do a pig or a cow.
+Donald Draper What do you think of the new beehive designs that got started on Kickstarter that significantly reduce hive stress and allow the bees to go practically untouched by using a tap system like your kitchen sink?
+Donald Draper hello im a new vegan and i was wondering since we do need bees to pollinate our crops and farmers sometimes need to use bees to do this, arent most products in the grocery store non vegan?
+Pearlie Grace That's an interesting question. Typically veganism is about the unnecessary use of non-human sentient animals. This would come down to weather it was necessary or not to use bees to pollinate our crops. In the short term I'd be inclined to say yes (though I'd understand people saying no), however in the future it would be wicked to see bees make their way to crop lands on their own accord.
Like the other person just replied, being a vegan is to not cause unnecessary death and suffering, if it is a necessary thing to do in order to keep up with the demand of crops needed then yes i would agree with it.
You're vids are awesome man! It's great to see vegan advice and you really help out. Just one thing, I'd try adding some subtle music in the background to get a bit of enthusiasm or something in your vids. Good luck and have fun!
I didn't know you were live wire! I was watching this just for vegan meal ideas, then at the end I saw livewire on the screen. I went through a phase a year ago when I was showing everyone your videos to promote calisthenic strength training. can't believe you're vegan, man! I'm making the change too
i was like... first he "cuts" the banana with his teeth (which, well you'll eat it anyways) , then he face fucks the plate.... then this... crazy vegan hot dude right there
Who the fuck had clicked "Dislike"? Has to be some sort of idiots or people who just want to piss him off. Honestly. Great video Timothy, thank you for your initiative and your time doing that. Just please, don't drink containers! Cheers.
Top video. Always good to see a healthy role model for leading people onto the lifestyle. Represent! Trying to get my family to try this lifestyle for the new year and this video is a great starter. I personally live 80/10/10 24/7. Fat just makes me feel sluggish
I'm just starting to eat healthier, doing a very slow transition and what I love for breakfast is cooked oatmeal mixed with bananas, walnuts, raisins, a teaspoon of ground flax seed and to top it off, honey, I know it's not vegan but hey it's a very slow transition! It's funny, when you start eating healthier, all of a sudden you body automatically wants to avoid junk and bad foods. One day I toasted some bagel and as I was about to choose butter, my body was like: "No. Choose hummus".
+thaik56 i was like that to when i started to eat healthier , iv'e been vegan for two years now and now i'm like any time i see food or any unhealthy snacks i just turn away and say i don't want that crap i want the good healthy food , bring on the fruits and veggies
I am guessing that most of you guys don't know that he is first known for doing parkour and being on "American Ninja Warrior". He's an incredible athlete.
omg xD this is the very first of your videos that I'm watching - but I love you! xDD so funny, so nice, such a lovely voice - and omg how delicious does this food look :OOO
Yeah he really looks masculine and powerful in 2020. Lookin all soyboi like here. One thing has always been constant with Tim though, sincerity and the desire for truth. He's blessed by God.
What about agave nectar instead of honey? Last I checked it was vegan, it may not taste exactly the same but for those that want to start off in try hard mode to really get things going, it's a great substitute.
In Australia I've searched for a jam that doesn't contain gelatine. I was able to find ONE brand that doesn't. From Aldi, imported from Germany. Australia is different.
Okay, the banana thing I'm fine with - I've done it before when I couldn't be assed washing a knife. But what the fuck was with chucking the goddamn carton in the blender?!
+Zabel Connor I'm vegan, but am not sure where I stand on honey. Yes, it's technically exploiting bees and stealing their food that they've worked hard to produce. However, bees are threatened in the modern day and we need them for plants to be able to spread their pollen and reproduce. No plants on earth would be a bad thing, but keeping bees for honey should by my reckoning ensure their survival in a commercialised world. As far as I know, they aren't raped to make them produce honey all year round, they don't have their offspring taken away from them when young and they aren't kept in battery cages, as with the diary industry. I invite anyone to enlighten me as to why honey should in all cases be a no-go!
+Alexander Smith hey Alex. The honey thing has been a thing i've questioned too because as i am ultimately motivated to be vegan so i'm not contributing to animal exploitation, i've questioned whether bees are really mistreated. After searching around i discovered how the queenbee is artificially inseminated (i recommend you watch this), this cruelty disturbed me enough to change my ideas, without the sadness of the transportation strain, wing clipping and imprisonment being considered as well. just as a dairy consumer typically only has a superficial understanding of how their commercial milk ends up in their bellies, i was guilty of the same thing with bees. educate yourself and try avoid industry whitewashing.
+Alexander Smith also it is worth noting that bees are dying because of our agreculture. you obviously know about GMOs poisoning bees. how the bees are shipped off to polinate equates in death. and the locations equate in death (placed in climates not suited for them)
+Alexander Smith also, honeybees aren't as efficient at polination as other bee species, so the argument some people through that 'honey is just a byproduct of horticulture' is misleading.
Be careful with Jam it can contain Gelatin which is made from ground up animal bones. Just check ingredients next time unless you were already aware of this. Cheers.
Just exploring vegan dieting. Your video is the best I have seen so far. Great that you are thinking about the transition phase and that you sum up alternatives.
As an American, I really appreciate him clarifying that Peanut Butter and Jam is also Peanut Butter and Jelly. I was so confused and concerned up until that point.
This video baffles me. The biting and spitting out of the banana into the bowl left me speechless and blending the coconut water carton in with the vegetables was ridiculous. Very well stated!
Yeah I don't care about the banana thing, but the carton in the smoothy made it all weird.
i agree
He's making veganism not look like a strict serious thing people should strictly follow, he makes it fun for everyone to watch and its helpful, it just shows he has a good sense of humor ;)

me - begins to panick, questions life and why he is doing this
*AND THEN HE BLOODY EATS IT!!*
lol
+zLeeeO and then proceeds to consume the juice with shredded bits of carton mixed in it.
I know! !! I'm like .....huh...wasted smoothie or is he going to drink the thing?
me - run outside and find the nearest adult
same thing for me i was like oh nice an healthy cardboard container.
I saw this video about 2-3 years ago and didn't pay much mind to it. I'm back now and actually a vegan. Life is so much better than when I first saw this video. I recommend vegan-ism to everyone.

Do you take supplements? Honest question because i want to go vegan but I'm scarred about having to take b12 pills

ILuvKnucklesShadow hahaha same!!!
ILuvKnucklesShadow when I saw how he cut the banana, I paused the vid and immediately gave a thumbs up hahahaha
ILuvKnucklesShadow I totally do that!

As a new vegan (since last night) this is exactly what I need. I know I'm gonna feel hungry at the beginning until my body adjusts but I don't think I'm gonna regret it.
you certainly won't regret it mate. Gratz on making the switch :)
Hey man. you got supporters now. Don't go back!! :D
I went Vegan a year ago and will never go back. Good luck with the transition!
Don't go back but also don't be to tough on yourself. I'm also transitioning to becoming a vegan from being a vegetarian step by step.

I see that this is a comment from 6 months ago. How are you doing with going vegan GuruDanWan? If you need any help feel free to contact me on any social media @hudleree.
Why does he blend the bottle
It's a joke, and you don't actually see it being blended, he could've removed it between frames :)
mpnl21 He does blend it! You can see him push it down and say "that's the vitacoco" as it rips apart through the smoothie.
Ashley Earley I just watched it again, you may be right. Hahah, I don't know what to make of it then, it was for entertainment purposes but what a waste.

camera tricks people - c'mon!
I like your casual style waiting for the blender to finish hahaha that was so cool man!

gums79 i know!!! so crazy. i had to re-watch the video because i was so shocked... this guy has a good channel but what the fuck i don't want to drink the plastic
It might be made from organic stuff bio plastic lol
gums79 that was just as a joke, a few seconds afterwards there was a cut where he removed it.
Mopstorte so explain what the white stuff was being blended around after the cut XD
knockerhead6 nah man he blended the carton. Didn't you see when it split and blends in to pieces. Lol I had to rewind it. This guy's hardcore. Lol
Ever got so excited for a green smoothie that you just can't wait for the coconur water to pour out of the carton and instead decide to blend the whole thing up while doing a few handstand pushups and a backflip while it blends up?
This got me pumped up for breakfast!
I know loads of other people have already said it, but, Tim- Vegan Lunch man. I need it! I've shared this one with so many people and it's so good!

Intelligently written essays on the subject :)
Vegan Future is coming :)
Thanks man! That's really nice of you to say :)
Thanks :)
Seriously think its better to steer clear of the emotive, and stick with facts especially those that people see as having direct and tangible benefits to themselves. Also saves on arguing any given point.
I agree! You don't need to love animals to believe they have their own rights/deserve respect. A vegan world is coming!
'fruit is the sun and the earth's edible baby'
what the fuck am I watching
Lol i missed that!
the truth?
Youre so natural and casual - this is exactly the kind of attitude that will make people more likely to switch to Veganism. Good man (Y)
Wait what about the box in the blender? 😂😂😂 seriously, or no? This guy is great!
ryan chandler you can try it to add a sort of plastic taste or if you're feeling risky lol
Lemon curd usually isn't vegan. All the jars I have looked at in supermarkets seem to have egg or margarine in them.
Ohhhh. I'm just seeing this video now. 😂 thanks Timothy. This is both helpful and entertaining. So engaging that I couldn't look away and kept wondering what was next. 🕉🌱sending good vibes
This guy should do infomercials.
I think he just did. Instead of selling crap he's promoting health.
dude this dude is fucking hilarious i loved the no knife improv
More of these type of vids Tim! Vegan food, cooking and recipes. I like this vid.
In the short term I'd be inclined to say yes (though I'd understand people saying no), however in the future it would be wicked to see bees make their way to crop lands on their own accord.
x1PMac1x Never heard of it but ill look into it
Like the other person just replied, being a vegan is to not cause unnecessary death and suffering, if it is a necessary thing to do in order to keep up with the demand of crops needed then yes i would agree with it.
Everything got weird after 6:54.
The "sun and the earth's baby" too ^_^
Lmaooo id say around 4:00 as well
You're vids are awesome man! It's great to see vegan advice and you really help out. Just one thing, I'd try adding some subtle music in the background to get a bit of enthusiasm or something in your vids. Good luck and have fun!
lol this man blended up the coconut water bottle
this man's humor is ahead of our time
I didn't know you were live wire! I was watching this just for vegan meal ideas, then at the end I saw livewire on the screen. I went through a phase a year ago when I was showing everyone your videos to promote calisthenic strength training. can't believe you're vegan, man! I'm making the change too
And here I thought I was the only one who chopped up bananas like that
+Eire mma You're not alone m8! Fuck knifes!

Hitting the gym from tomorrow and I'm definitely going to try out that smoothie, looks perfect for a setup for the day.

i was like... first he "cuts" the banana with his teeth (which, well you'll eat it anyways) , then he face fucks the plate.... then this...
crazy vegan hot dude right there
MissSushipunk who wouldnt want to face fuck a plate full of fruit?
MissSushipunk May I correct, it seemed like he was making love to those fruits with his face!!! Just how my mind computed it:D
Great video... but I am I the only one who noticed that he put the juice box looking thing into the smoothie as well?
i find him really cute and the fact that he is vegan makes him hotter haha XD
you are stupid
What the hell? haha
vegans are stupid
if vegans are stupid, why you aren't vegan?
this is the funniest and best video about vegan food i saw and very honest and practical ! :-))
okay the blender part was overdoing it.... LOL
One minute into the video, subbed! I'm trying to eat a plant-based diet, and thanks for the tips!
How to be Vegan (The Bro Way)!
I LOVE IT how the pear and the apple sits with the vegetables
RIGHTLY SO
You had me until the carton smoothie! Lmao you are my hero!
#raisingthevibration
And it tastes better if you ask me
Ive seen this video a million and one times, never gets old. Tim makes the best vegan videos...
Interesting banana cutting technique! 3:56 :D
he's probably on crack... maybe it's just the cashew butter lol
Talk Islam i was joking.. he himself said that cashew butter is crack?? i was making a joke. idk why you are so angry
I thought that I was the only one cutting this way, when I want it fast XD thank god I am not the only one haha
Planning to ditch meat but a veggie breakfast seems like a good start. Thanks :)
+Al غوثا try to eat loads of fruit in the morning or have a green smoothie , they are the best
Carrington Price I gave up bro. I just try and minimise my meat intake instead.
Al غوثا that's good , the lest meat you take in the more energy you have
fruit bro fruit! you will be energised and go faster
Alistair Pace the power of the fruit.
A lot of people with ZERO sense of humour have watched/commented on this video... Get a grip guys. Thanks Tim great content.
When will there be vegan for lunch
That depends, when is vegan hunting season? :)
purplemutantas Around about now. I'll be going out to shoot some soy animals.
I am guessing that most of you guys don't know that he is first known for doing parkour and being on "American Ninja Warrior". He's an incredible athlete.
omg xD
this is the very first of your videos that I'm watching - but I love you! xDD
so funny, so nice, such a lovely voice - and omg how delicious does this food look :OOO
more videos like this please!!
Many came because they're new to the vegan life and stayed to see you drink the vita Coco carton 😂
MoonbearDiedHere moon beeaarrrr
That was very entertaining and informative! Can't believe what you did with the container!
Watching this in 2019 and it’s sad how far Tim has gone and the nonsense he started doing with his body and health.
Lots of this good is utter bollocks nutrition wise and lot of it flown in to U.K..
Yeah he really looks masculine and powerful in 2020. Lookin all soyboi like here. One thing has always been constant with Tim though, sincerity and the desire for truth. He's blessed by God.
what are you on?? hes healthier and stronger than ever before. go be a vegan troll somewhere else.
did u drink carton
What about agave nectar instead of honey? Last I checked it was vegan, it may not taste exactly the same but for those that want to start off in try hard mode to really get things going, it's a great substitute.
Did you just put a container of coconut in the blender😥???
A lot of jams contain gelatin - made from animals.
so what? just avoid the ones with gelatin?
In Australia I've searched for a jam that doesn't contain gelatine. I was able to find ONE brand that doesn't. From Aldi, imported from Germany.
Australia is different.
x1zy Gelatine is made from bones I believe.
Hairyfrankfurt as i said, avoid the ones with gelatine, ive eat alot of jam without any bones on it.
Sorry, for whatever reason I thought you were asking why gelatin was bad or like "so what?" about gelatin itself haha Blunder on my behalf lol x1zy
He blended & then drank the carton in no fucks given style.
Instantly subscribed.
Vegan Lunch coming anytime soon?
Okay, the banana thing I'm fine with - I've done it before when I couldn't be assed washing a knife. But what the fuck was with chucking the goddamn carton in the blender?!
Was actually considering becoming vegan.. This is by far the best vegan video I've ever seen
what? i don't get the honey thing? like, it is less torture but does that make it ok? :/ strange
+Zabel Connor
I'm vegan, but am not sure where I stand on honey.
+Alexander Smith also it is worth noting that bees are dying because of our agreculture. you obviously know about GMOs poisoning bees. how the bees are shipped off to polinate equates in death. and the locations equate in death (placed in climates not suited for them)
+Alexander Smith also, honeybees aren't as efficient at polination as other bee species, so the argument some people through that 'honey is just a byproduct of horticulture' is misleading.
because some vegans such as myself dont care about "torture", we just want to be healthy, and honey is not terrible for you.
Be careful with Jam it can contain Gelatin which is made from ground up animal bones. Just check ingredients next time unless you were already aware of this. Cheers.
When you were blending the smoothie and was doing handstand pushups I tried to do the same and cut my leg really bad on the edge of a table.
+Jesse Hahaa you made me laugh!
He presented this really well
You can add fruit to your smoothie and not taste the greens at all
Just exploring vegan dieting. Your video is the best I have seen so far. Great that you are thinking about the transition phase and that you sum up alternatives.
Excellent vid!
Subscribed!
thanks!
Oh how things change
Ok so officially love you! I was laughing hysterically the entire time! You're so awesome! Vegan love from Florida! -Jessika

Thomas Favre whats the point of lieing

Yes
Love how you show a lazy/quick way of doing being vegan. #veganlife
As an American, I really appreciate him clarifying that Peanut Butter and Jam is also Peanut Butter and Jelly. I was so confused and concerned up until that point.
When are you gonna do Vegan lunch?
Joshua Ulicni On Food Tube he's got loads of vegan lunch recipes...
+The Vegan Activist Thanks!
