Some old comments here. High production, but this is the BEST auction practice video. Others are good for chant practice. Thank you for your committment to teaching auctioneering!
Great channel. I’m 42 and never have Auctioneered! Everyone said I should because I’ve always Impersonated one and everyone thought I was good. So the last three years I have Done a cake auction for my church youth group to raise money. I have really enjoyed it. But I’ll come across your channel and it has really helped me learn a lot. I’d be very interested in looking into how to make a career out of this. Thank you and God bless
YOUR A FUCKING AWESOME HUMAN BEING - I LOVED THIS - THE EDITING THE WHOLE THING - THIS IS THE BEST THING IVE SEEN ON RUclips IN A DECADE - IT SHOULD BE A VIDEO NFT OR SOME SHIT
Amazing job on the production of this video. I now use it as a practice tool. At 5 weeks practicing, I've yet to conduct my first auction, so this really helped open my eyes to what it's like to remember bidders' last bids, say the sold price and bidder #, know who's out, practice new filler words, and how to breathe better. ( that last item went longer and made me realize the cardio fitness required to sound good, is more than I currently have. Lol) Also, I tried to practice hand gestures and working in a quick "Thank you sir" and or recognizing a new bidder in some way. Thanks again for your time and continuing to pioneer these awesome and very helpful videos
This was really cool and thanks for putting this up, I got them all correct. Bidder 813 was running the show but then cowboy spent the big money in the end. Nice job guys!!
2 things that you don’t have to listen to is just want to put my voice out there. 1. Could you do one with more people pls 2. Could you do how to start out like how do you get auctioneering jobs. Also funny story time now for no reason I’m in ffa and I’m in freshman year I said I’m gonna be an auctioneer watched these videos and am pretty good so my at teacher and one of my friends pulls up to our banquet for a live auction for baked goods and I got dragged up on last item to auctioneer oh boy I was nervous and barely made it through lol. But at least I got to talk to the auctioneer who I was already friends with so I found other places to practice so yay for that.
I have finished watching this video completely. (我看完這部影片了) I am a Taiwanese who cares about the global affairs. (我是一個關心全球事務的台灣人) And, sadly, most of my fellow Taiwanese don't really care about the world. (但是,很不幸地,我大部分的台灣同胞不那麼在意世界。) Hopefully Taiwan can become increasingly globally-aware and globally-competitive. (希望台灣可以越來越有全球意識與全球競爭力。) God bless Taiwan. (天佑台灣。)
I love your channel! I'm just starting auctioning, done it twice live so far. What do you do when no one is bidding on the things up first and they are all waiting for the last listed items? Any tricks?
It really depends on what you are selling. If you are selling one person estate and it is all being liquidated, if people aren’t bidding on single lots you can just puts lots together until people wish to bid on them. If it is a benefit sale then that’s really where salesmanship comes into play. Reminding people where the money is going and is doing everything in our power to keep the energy elevated and crowd engaged. I hope that answers your question. If not email me and we can go more in depth on what you are specifically selling 🤓. Cheers and welcome to the Syndicate !!!

This is by far the best auction practice video out there. This is what real auctioneering is about.
The production that goes into these is hella impressive!
