The Chinese coaches should put him in the Chinese national team to give him more exposure; he needs to be developed ASAP to replace the old guys like Ma Long and Lin Gaoyuan.

Im wondering how long you can hold on to such a playstyle without any complications or bad effeckts to your Body. To me ShaoPang is the "MostExplosiveAllTime", next to the "GOAT". 😁 But yeah, we just witnessed some rly good Backhandplay fro LSD there, with no time to react.

As long as he has no injury, he will 100% be a part of the team, no matter how he performs in the remaining events. So there are 4 spots remaining. FZD and WCQ are out of question. That leaves us with LJK, LGY and LSD - 3 people for 2 remaining spots on the team. I personally would eliminate LGY.

Lin Shidong's serves are slightly illegal. The rule says that "the service shall start with the ball resting freely on the open palm of the server's stationary free hand." The rule was made to prevent players from adding extra spin on the ball before the ball is hit. But Lin Shidong closes his fingers around the ball JUST BEFORE launching it in the air. Now this might just be a bad habit. I don't think he is actually adding extra spin on the ball.
Fan enjoyed himself too much watching pop show the night before and that could be the cause of his downfall? Never mind Xiaopang, plenty chance this year to prove you are still world No. 1.
