i genuinely like Zak, he seems like a leader who cares for the members of the team as well as wanting the team to win. and I have to agree with him on the fact that he has the best driver line up, both Lando and Oscar are young and passionate and have a harmony that seems to work for both of them. I believe when (maybe now) they have a winning car they will be able to help each other evolve into their best version. seriously, what a time to be a part of the papaya family!

@chloeh1777 if you look at how some of his drivers ended their time at the team (Askew, Malukas) they might say they were unfairly let go because of injuries. The latter was signed this year but did not race because of a biking accident in the off-season. Not unlike what happened with Lance Stroll but his David's recovery has had some setbacks.
I understand why they did it but not everyone may feel that way

    He's not wrong either.
RB and Ferrari may have Verstappen and Leclerc, but Norris and Piastri really did shine on Sunday.
Piastri started quickly, held Leclerc at bay comfortably enough to force him into an unwanted early stop, and then Norris found his way into the race by setting blistering lap after blistering lap (ended up being the fastest man on the track) from lap 14 until the end.
Very possibly could have got a 1-3 in Miami if it werebt for the Sainz incident. They wear the other teams into forced decisions in different manners.

The safety car ruined Oscar's race and gave Lando the win. In the end mcl need to get their act together if they want to replicate this consistently. They had the fastest car this weekend (fastest timein sq2 iirc) and kind of ruined their chance for pole with the weird mediums in 1st q3 run. They should have both been fighting at the front all weekend. Was almost a huge missed opportunity. These mistakes cannot happen if they want to fight for the title in 25.

@@johnbeer4963 Yeah. But i think Charles will have a big enough raw pace gap most of the time for that to be avoided. If that is the case, it will be a stupid strong line up.
It honestly isnt much of a upgrade over Leclerc/Sainz. If the dynamic isnt there it will be a downgrade

It’s obvious Mercedes has the best driver lineup.
Lando is a Sainz level driver. And Piastri doesn’t look very impressive either.
