absolutely hilarious, you totally spoke my mind about how i feel about food "havent had a guilt free meal since 1969" lol and this even though i intuitively already do eat just the way you suggest. now i can sleep at night knowing it is evidence based, too. thank you very much:)

I would add, as your video displays, eat real food (not prefab), that tastes good. What I noticed in the places where they actually eat the mediterranean diet, is that each bite of food tastes so good. The little bits of spicy sausage are ooh la la, the tomatoes that taste like tomatoes- absolutely yummy, and so on. I think you are satisfied sooner and so eat less (but I have no research to back this up - strictly observational/experiential). Unlike junk food that is designed to make you want more and more. We need more studies on the flavour of real food and it's impact on appetite.

i wish you had stayed for the end of the geriatric conference - Dr. A.J.('renowned' UofA geriatrician) tried to scare us off all 'bad' foods-- and was promoting avocados-- based on one pathetic study--- you set the table too high- all other speakers gave me shingles (association definitely not coincidental!) - Dr. R.S

Rosemarie Stepanko Thanks - anyone who says anything really definitive about individual food items is pulling it out of where food ends up eventually :)
