Eric and Wendy need to go into therapy. Educated guess. These two suffer from NPD with Anti Personality Disorder. Pretending to be Christians ✝️. They must be stopped before someone else ends their life. Well done Stefan. Brave man. Good job Karen 👏 👍 👌 🙌 ❤
Dear Stefan ❤ I thank you so much for your brave interview, that you put things right, to show how Eric and Wendy behaved towards us, and also for being a wonderful host and friend who takes always care about our German group❤
Sweeping things under the rug and pretending it never happened is very much a narcissistic 101 tactic. It’s the same script, regardless of socioeconomic background or country. “They dress the wound of My people with very little care, saying, ‘Peace, peace,’ when there is no peace at all.” Jeremiah 6:14 BSB
Thank you so much for this interview and thank you Stefan. When I was considering meeting with a group to study the Bible, I did consider Eric Wilsons group, but I chose another. I am so happy with my decision. I communicated with a lady that was attending Erics group and she invited me to join. However, she displayed a negative vibe. She said when the witnesses come to our doors that we can now turn the tables o the and slam the door in their faces just as we had experienced as Jehovah’s Witnesses. I told her that that was so rude and we should take that opportunity to witness to them in a loving manner. I thought that it was sad that she had such an attitude.
I was appalled to find out that Jehovah’s Witnesses would do this to Mormons. And I would speak up and say, how could you behave so disrespectfully? Where is Matthew 7:12? It’s appalling to me how many people consider themselves righteous, and Christian, who do not even have basic manners and decency.
Listening to these videos, what comes to mind is that the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society/business corporation has birthed a baby. Eric used classic watchtower gaslighting and fear mongering tactics in his response to your first video, using the scriptures to do so just as Watchtower does. Basically calling his members fools or stupid ones if they watch such videos as this. I thought that was so sad. I hope that he and his wife Wendy humble themselves before our Heavenly Father, get off of their perch, and just treat others with nothing but love, kindness, and respect. At times we all must take a long scrutinizing look at ourselves and make needed and necessary adjustments. I wish Eric and Wendy to have the peace of our Heavenly Father and Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. But yes, the thought that I get is that Watchtower birthed a bay. That’s so unfortunate. Peace.
😢 When I was reading (I read the transcript, the video was too triggering) Eric's response, I felt like I was reading a Watch Tower article. Just like the WT... Bible stories and verses are used, and taken out of context, to prove the leaders are right and their position is endorsed by the Bible (and God!). Anyone who voices a different perspective or who has a concern is wrong. Eric started his response with Genesis, in the Garden of Eden, and stated Eve is the first to slander. I had the creepy feeling that Eric is comparing Karen to Eve. The Bible story of Eve in the Garden does not even apply to this situation. As the response went on... the format, the cold tone and Biblical lectures (man's interpretation) continued to remind me of the WT. I felt it would have been more honest if Eric said I disagree and here is why. Just talk like a regular person. I was looking for a sign of care, an apology, a sign of regret that friendships have been damaged and people have been hurt. Instead I felt Eric was giving a correction, in the same cold, detached manner of a JW elder. I agree with Stefan, Eric sounded judgmental and it is wrong to call people a "conspiracy theorist" as a way to shut them down. I also agree with Stefan when he said "try to copy the love of Jesus" ... especially when things are difficult, a loving response is needed ♡
I hope people who left tbe organization don't quarrel... The world is crushing us enough.. So many sufferings never ending.. It got me more depressed seeing u all disputing...... I come here to find people who left watchtower who really love one another doubt I can fulfill my wish... But I know there are still nice people who aren't not witnesses are very kind. But still I pray for the end to come...
The JW's of course didn't actually change the bible. Their latest translation however is rather good. And I'm not a JW in case anyone would argue. That some of their beliefs are not in line with the bible is an other thing. There are plenty translations that have shortcommings. Here are the basics what it should teach: ▪ God is only one person and not two or three persons - Deut. 6:4; 1 Cor. 8:6 ▪ God alone is the Creator of all living things and of all matter - Gen. 1:1; Yes. 44:24 ▪ The holy spirit is God's word or operational force but it is not a separate person - Zech. 4:6; Ps. 51:11; Hand. 2:1-4 ▪ Jesus was the only begotten human Son of God and did not exist before - Luke. 1; 1 Tim. 2:5; 1 Peter 1:20
Wow Stefan still hoping for the very best for Eric and Wendy even after finding out he had been gossiped about and treated badly. I will never join a religious group or church. Karen you are doing a marvellous job. Bringing awareness of spiritual abuse. Its so dangerous. Jesus knew what he was talking about regarding false prophets and wolves in sheeps clothing. Horrific 😢😢😢😢😢
@@FreyaPercival-e8p Agreed. I will NEVER join a religious group or church. It's absolutely NOT necessary to worship they way you choose to. This will ONLY keep breeding high controlled cultures.
When a church is divided there is often a spirit connected to that condition. It would be wise for those taking the lead in that church to prayerfully and humbly seek to identify that spirit. Jesus gave wise and timely advice to the seven congregations in Revelation 2 and 3 dealing with such divisive influences. Revelation 3:19-22 (1 Corinthians 6:1-11) There is too much at stake to allow such a negative influence continue to grow amongst members of the body of Christ.
@@mattmurdock2868 He might have different Christology to what you might believe, but it would be inaccurate to say he denies Jesus is the Christ. The word "Christ" means "Messiah", or "Anointed One". There is nothing in the definition of the word "Christ" as to mean God or anything as such, if that is your meaning of him "denying him as Christ". People are in their right to complain or expose about their negative experiences, fall outs, dramas, etc, but let's not go as far as to slander or spread false information, or it just makes one as bad as the other. You tube is doing this. I have been experiencing the same thing. It's definitely not Karen unless it's a very offensive comment, as she stated in previous videos.❤.
And just for the record, I am certainly not making light (no pun intended lol) of this subject, because over the last couple of years, after much prayer and study, I have been grasping some principles as to the divine nature of Jesus through a number of Scriptural principles. And interestingly, in line with my reply above, much of it tied to a Scripture that I read some days after a lengthy prayer about my wanting to understand more clearly, the nature of God and Jesus. The Scripture, Revelation 21:23.

Eric prefers the baptism "in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ" from the book of Acts. Which is a valid formula found in the Bible. Others of course prefer the Matthew formula, and there has long been scholarly debate over which one is more accurate or original. And some believe both are equally as valid as they have the same intent and meaning (Martin Luther for example held this view). It's an opinion held by many (Trinitarian, Arian, and Unitarian alike), that the 'name' in the Matthew version is singular, and doesn't refer to individuals themselves, but to the authority shared by the three, that's what "the name of" means. To be baptised hence in the name of the Lord Jesus, is to be baptised in the name of the Father, Son and Spirit, for the name/authority is a singular one. Meanwhile the Eastern Orthodox church disagrees, and say that all baptisms are invalid, even Catholic and Protestant ones with Trinitarian beliefs, if a person isn't submerged three times in the water physically at baptism (one submersion for each name).

I wonder if Picketts is of the body of Christ. After all he denies that Jesus is the Christ, thereby denying Father and Son.
