idk if anyone has told you yet but there are aot OVAs, like extras content that provides more characterizations and there are live action movies but they are less good IMO. Also composer hiroyuki sawano created a AOT soundtrack suite with some of the most iconic songs performed live. You should def look into these if you haven't already :)
