The yellow container is also considered pressure tank that collect the water air or oxygen from the water. the air pressure of that container push water goes to water output.
With a one-way valve in the river, no drums are needed. After the output from the first drum, master valve is not needed, waste of money. Two smaller buckets not needed, wasre of money. At the output an upward bend may be needed. And, remember, for this to work the water level in the river must be higher than the outlet to the field.
In reality, infrasound can create work by pumping a standing infrasonic wave through pipes in a barrel. Ancient structures can generate infrasound, as well as natural generators that have been destroyed all over the world and no one knows the location of the working generators. @@yunusselvi5707 This is the risk of losing the money invested in the barrel and pipes. You need to know the parameters: the height of pumping water, water temperature. It is necessary to choose the length of the pipes in resonance with the sound of boiling water in a barrel. This is for the case when there is no external source of infrasonic wave.
You have to think the engineering side of the system. The drum is acting as the pump. It does not matter if there is air or not as long as it is sealed after being filled with water. The outlet pipe need not be lower than the water level in the river. Once the outlet stopcock is opened water will flow out, creating negative pressure in the drum.
