Gioker has the sheer scale and vs debate aspect of the genre of powerscaling as a whole, two multiverse scale busters and a huge controversial matchup in general based on outcomes BowsEgg shows the passion the team has for this show, with so much love to each combatant shown in that episode, it really shows all the time that was needed to make that episode happen the way it did AmongGuys is just pure fun, and that’s really what this sphere of nerd culture should be. Fun. And this episode proves that no matter how weird the idea is, if you have fun with the idea, then it’s going to end up good.

BowsEgg could also be seen as the start of the _Post Rooster-Teeth_ era. RT _was_ still around after DB left them, and RT was responsible for many takedown notices until BowsEgg. This is when the MOST reactions were made (apart from Goku vs. Superman), the most views were being obtained (Second verse, same as the first), the most respect felt like it was being paid (Okay, APART from forgetting about the Phantom Ruby prototype) to the franchises these characters were from. BowsEgg felt the most like a _spectacle._ This was the _most fun_ DB I've seen in a while... ig Kratos vs. Asura might be the most... powerful? ig we'll see.

Now that Kratos vs Asura is happening next time, this actually means we've gotten three episodes in a row to use only video game characters (or four episodes in a row that use video game characters at all), and I kind of appreciate that. It's always felt like video games just haven't had a strong presence on the show aside from fighting games like Mortal Kombat (which I just don't find as appealing), but now we've gotten some great episodes out of the medium. Besides even if you did wanna take this all seriously, Fall Guys would probably still win due to superior ‘death negation’ (even taking away the Pac-Man thing, what are the Among Us ghosts even gonna do?)
@ thinking about it, yeah, that’s fair. Though in a serious view ideally I feel like they should’ve at least taken the context of certain crossover feats and such into consideration. Like the Big Bang one was bonkers on paper but from what I’ve seen there’s so many things that also survive it that shouldn’t that makes me think it should be an outlier. As well as the Pac-Man thing, they explain it can be used to eat the ghosts, but they forgot about the fact that Among Us ghosts are entirely invisible (unless it was mentioned they can still see them somehow). I mean you could argue that it doesn’t make a difference since even I said Among Us ghosts are basically helpless, but still weird they didn’t at least mention it. It just felt like a very chaotic and messy analysis, which is admittedly fitting for this wacky dumb mu and solidifies it as a joke episode. (Reminds me of Macho Man vs Kool-Aid man if anything)
I'm gonna be honest, i completely disagree, this may be one of my least favorite death battles in a while, almost every gag in the analysis was boring, the analysis itself barely explained any of the combatants stats at all, the fight's comedy peaked at the imposter stabbing his hand which wasn't that funny to begin with, and the conclusion was awful and even though this was a complete stomp in the fall guys's favor, they still made it look like a eternal stalemate due to them not giving the imposters any Durability feats or the Fall guys any AP feats, this is like a 5/10 death battle on a good day
"Millions of times the energy required to blow up the Earth" Am I missing something? Why spliting some planets require millions of times the power to destroy one? That being said I was one of the few who had faith in this episode and I got more or less what I expected from it. I knew they were into the idea and since you can do these things I knew that they would do something like that. And while perhaps I would ask for a few longer bits or more or a reaction from them in a few parts and give a better build up to the banana (per example watching how it was placed there) I am more that satisfied. Perhaps I would disagree with the big ban feat since it dosent seem destructive and in the Twitter fear it seems they are the ones who are making the fall guys longer, not they themselves along a few things as comented but its the kind of dumb mu in wich you can accept weird things so I dont mind that much. The episode is fun, dinamic, has good interactions and the animation blends both series in the way I expected. I knew they could cook and give this. May have not been better that Eggman vs Bowser but enjoyable regardless
Splitting something cleanly means you had more than the force necessary to punch through it. It's a sign of overkill. If you fire a blast at the planet and it stops and detonates, that blast could only be just enough to detonate it but cutting it cleanly with no side effects means that you didn't just destroy a planet, you did it incredibly quickly and effortlessly since the planet would likely deform if you took too long to cut it.

I'm gonna be honest, i completely disagree, this may be one of my least favorite death battles in a while, almost every gag in the analysis was boring, the analysis itself barely explained any of the combatants stats at all, the fight's comedy peaked at the imposter stabbing his hand which wasn't that funny to begin with, and the conclusion was awful and even though this was a complete stomp in the fall guys's favor, they still made it look like a eternal stalemate due to them not giving the imposters any Durability feats or the Fall guys any AP feats, this is like a 5/10 death battle on a good day
Crazy that omniman vs bardock was the worst episode of the year, and the only thing wrong with that episode was the outcome and sus (heh) scaling
"Millions of times the energy required to blow up the Earth"
Am I missing something?
@uberculex but they didnt say detonate it, they said destroy it
@Dario-uj6qo That is how you destroy a planet. You detonate it.
The episodes fine I guess but still easily my least favorite season finale
