What do you play for the little lick after the main riff

It's just unison bends (play to adjacent strings together and bend the lower string a full bend to match the note on the top string)

Actually not, I forgot to change the description for the Motley vids. I usually use 9 - 46 as I have quite long and thin fingers, makes it just easier for me to play. For Motley and other D standard stuff I got the Ernie Ball Paradigm 11-48. There is a video of Mick Mars playing and talking about the strings he uses :)
