Fr. Meyer, You are bright. Your ❤ and spirit are radiant with the Love of Jesus! I think it’s one of the reasons you have such youthful vitality when you talk about Faith. One of my favorite quotes sprang to mind when you talked about St. Jean Vianney, “Years wrinkle the skin-but to give up wonder wrinkles the soul.” (Quote by Reginald Stewart.) Being a Catholic, being a Christian, in communication with God, is a constant adventure full of wonder and awe. Even in the dry times, there are lessons that call for going deeper into trust. It’s not easy; it takes effort and work, and can feel painful at times-especially in leading a life of penitence. Your recent homily (“Lot’s wife” salt shaker at the rectory) will help me to practice not looking back. When you said she was the only woman who lives in the rectory “thanks be to God!” I just 😂😂. Mother Angelica always said, “We are all called to be great saints. Don’t miss the opportunity!” She must be so pleased with how you preface each Mass the way you do. I know I am. Regarding the use of technology, i’m grateful that Holy Mass and your presentations are made available for those who can’t be present in person. You are such a blessing! Always you will be in my heart and prayers. ❤✝️🙏🏼 Thank you.
Taking so many notes. Planning to forward all your videos from this retreat and Ars, to my young friend, Eduardo, a Seminarian. Muchisimas Gracias, Father Meyer. May our Holy Mother embrace you and draw you ever closer to her Son.

Regarding the M.E.S.S. acronym: You could add a third “S” to represent “Socialize with brother priests.” M.E.S.S.S. 😊
