so i edited my gifs and merged them together but when i export them, the images don’t show up. it plays as a gif but there’s literally nothing showing up. not even on the preview that shows at 2:37 when you exported your gif.

I finally found the right video, but when I export it as a GIF, it just stays still like a picture. It's not moving at all. I did all the steps in the right order. Hopefully someone knows how to fix that?? 🥹❤️❤️
@@bk8636 hey, i figured out a way to still get it to work. so basically you follow everything else in this tutorial, but instead of using the eraser tool you use the brush tool with the color black.
That happens if you either don't merge the gifs together or they don't have the same amount of frames. Please make sure they have the same amount of frames
@@reemiyelle After setting the filters...etc. Go to the layers, and in the end, you will see an Animation button. Click on it, and it will show the merge option, click on it. After that, go to the file to export. At last, you will get the result!

@@Sana-dl2eq so once you duplicate each gif into the place you want them, make sure they are in their own separate folder. then you can merge them together. if they aren’t in their own separate folders within the place you want them to be then they won’t merge. i hope that makes sense!! :))

weird, its saying "layer not editable" when i try to add a raster mask on my top gif and then try to erase. You need to put the raster mask on the folder, you say in the video, but when i try to put on the eraser tool its not working? why??
It'll say that if you've clicked on something while erasing the gif.(ex. while you're about to erase you accidentally click on the draw tool, then try and go back to erase tool- it will say layer not editable.) make sure that you're clicking precisely.

First you have to click duplicate into and then you can do the merging if that makes sense.

hi i use this and it works but when I erase after I add the mask it leaves like a thin layer of what I erased behind like it does not erase completely
sometimes if you use the erase feature, that happens, if that doesn't work then use the brush tool and it'll hopefully work.

Yes, you delete them. starting from either the beginning or end, it matters not

Make sure you're actually saving it in a gif format and not a JPEG or anything else.
