Speaking of Russian dubbing, most of the old anime, such as Naruto, One Peace and Bleach, did not have an official dubbing team at that time. All of them were voiced by fans and enthusiasts.
Rus terrorist voice is the worst one I guess. But language not bad.

They had. One piece had an official dub until the Arlong park arc then it's stopped. Bleach had an official dub until the "War in a Karakura town" arc. OG Naruro had 2 official dubs from different channels. Jetix and 2x2. I still remember that translation with Polivanov system (Uchiha => Utiha, Kakashi => Kakasi, Sharingan => Syaringan) from 2x2 and weird one from Jetix (Uchiha => Uchiya, Kakashi => Katashi)

Naruto hat schon geile dub Momente. Nur ganz am Anfang war's halt bissl doof und ab und zu mit dem Drehbuch
Es gibt einige Nebencharaktere, deren Stimmen ich extrem gut finde. Mein Favorit ist dabei Orochimaru. Ich finde, der Sprecher passt hervorragend auf die Rolle und jedes Mal, wenn ich ihn irgendwo anders höre, kann ich nicht anders, als an ihn zu denken.
Desweiteren finde ich die Stimmen von Hokage Sarutobi, Jiraya, Kakashi, Gai und Madara noch sehr gut

BLEACH DUB IS REALLY GOOD. Like I love Morita Masakazu as Ichigo, but JYB's voice just hits different. Maybe it's the nostalgia bias, but the Bleach English Dub is soooo good. I love Byakuya and Rukiya's English voices so much

there is an Hindi dub ongoing for Naruto and Shippuden. It just hasn't reached the Amaterasu part yet.

Man nick if you haven't, you reaaaaally need to react to the first one piece opening from different countries, some just had straight up different ones.
Sad fact about the German Naruto dub is that for a very big part of it, it is heavily censored. So they have the characters say things like "Itachi abducted his clan/has made his clan disappear" or they switched out "kill" for "defeat". They would also (at least on the TV channels I remember) remove blood and use still frames (some of them black and white to make it easier to hide violence) and not show injuries or kills at all. They massacred the story for fans of the manga and any possible new fans. Later episodes were bought and dubbed by a new (and non-consoring!) team but the damage is done already.
As a french person, the french dub of one punch man is really good and they use a rapper to do Saitama voice 😂 But is actually really good. And also france is one of ( or the ) best country for dubbing in general but for anime, french is a too " not overdoing " language and acting so it's more difficult

the bye bye in the french version is purely to fill in because the animation still had lips movement even though he basically said what he had to say and they didn't know what to make him say xD. They should have made a longer sentence xD

About Crocodile in russian. It was just saying his status, not him voicing his lines early. Something along the lines of "A past war lord". The thing is, we have no interest to translate those lines n the screen, most of the time. That's why, some of those - are being voiced
Btw, this is monovoiced adaptation by Shachiburi and one of the best of that old time. It was only dubbed by the enthusiasts and considering that the anime industry was not so well known in Russia and anime fans was angrily persecuted by Russian "normies" this dub was actually really good. It was like this like... about 12 years ago until anime hyped in our country. Living this story of the rise of the anime industry in Russia, I can assure you of the truthfulness of my words.

You know... the thing is in Italian we have this thing called "tonic accent" that is used to emphasize the correct vocal during the pronunciation of words, as we have some words that are spelled the same but means different things (ex. Capitàno = Captain / Càpitano = things happen)

The thing is that some are good but you'll very often find voice actors not going all out when it it comes to yell or sometimes not spelling prorpely, they detain themselves from not going all out when have to scream, most likely because maybe they lose the accent and the balance but that's the part of what make their voice good, more connected into character.
Like maybe they voice accent they're going is quiet limited so when they go further they lose the accent and so different accent, or maybe cracked voice isn't good for healthy
