    I just would like to recommend the Barry Harry half-step rules for dominant/major and minor scales in this context!
    I wonder what woud be Nick's bebop scales for II V I in minor, e.g. D half-dim, G7b9, Cm?
    After mixing different Barry Harris concepts I would play: Bb7 bebop scale or F dorian Bebop scale for D half-dim,
    then Bb mixolydian but with added b9 instead maj7 (equivalent notes as c harm minor with added b7) for G7b9,
    then the tonic minor bebop scale.
