I think the problem with portugal is that they have one strategy that is really good and you need to go that route or you will lose. On Sweden, my heart bleeds, the Carolean is a shadow of its former self, the torps are half as good as they were on release and the only thing the devs buff is the Hakkapelit only to nerf it again when Sweden tries to get out of D tier. The only saving grace are leather cannons if you get to mass them (and if they're helpful in the given matchup which they not always are).

Sweden is strong when you give it time no matter the composition, the problem is that Sweden lost most of the tools to get there.
