If I recall correctly, Aku Aku was based on a restaurant that the devs went to, they remember not liking the food, I guess it's because they didn't get to eat fruit

Correct! Aku’s name comes from that of the restaurant, and his design is based on the tikis that once flanked the front door.

Aku Aku is trying to distract Caddicarus from the question that he made because Aku Aku also does not like it when you step on babies.

Uka Uka is laughing at him for making this question, for they find it to be ridiculous.

Uka Uka does not have the physical ability to commence intercourse, so it in fact is not their problem.
