This is, by far, the absolute CHEESIEST of all the legendary Heartland Music commercials -- one of many I fell asleep to late at night or woke up to while watching cartoons, eating breakfast, and/or getting ready for school. CLASSIC!

Yeah we all saw this over and over back in the 80's.

@@ChristopherSobieniak Ted Turner probably made millions off of sales commissions from all of these ads. Lol. You would see at least one of them during every commercial break on every one of his stations from the late 1970s to the early 2000s.

@@mayavenuemisfit814 I'm sure he did, he wasn't stupid with how he ran his station.

Special thanks to Brad "Cinema Snob" Jones for using this ad in one of his episodes! I'm not sure if you took it from this precise recording or from someplace else but I appreciate you finding this gem and exposing more people to it.
And if you like this video, check out the Stage Door Canteen ad on my channel.
And yes, the clerk at :53 definitely has a "Get on with it and pay for your stuff lady" look to her.

I remember CNN used to air this commercial non stop in the early 90s. As a youngster even then I thought it was corny. The woman lip syncing to Dean Martin’s Amore and the couple holding ice cream cones always got me Lol.

Let's go back in time to those "happy days" where we all liked Ike BEFORE he became President!!!
Me, I grew up in an era where Tina didn't NEED no Ike to answer to! Those were MY happy days. What were yours, Cunningham???

I know one thing for sure. Ted Turner probably made millions upon millions off of sales commissions from airing all of these Heartland Music ads on his stations for over 2 decades. 😂

Speaking of which they(the McGuire sisters) are featured TWICE on this ad a rarity on compilation commercials
