You know…fitness is one of those areas of media where I wind up following as many female content creators as I do males. Usually its like more one or the other. I like that about this, its very uniting. Fitness could he a really good meeting ground for all types of dualities. Sick. Thanks for the video
There is no double snatch in kettlebell sport lifting. There are two disciplines: kettlebell biathlon (not the skiing/shooting, it just means "two exercises"), where you do 10 min snatch (1 bell, switch hands once) and 10 min jerk lift (2 bells, drop to rack); and long cycle jerk or clean and jerk where you do it for 10 min. Recently some sort of "army snatch" third discipline appeared, where you just snatch one bell for 12 minutes, but I didn't do my homework on that. P.S. Chuck Norris probably does. Maybe even two bells in one hand (((((((-!
@@KKhhoorrnniittee oh. Well I train em EMOM style now, and after the C&J work I've put in, the double snatch for time isn't that difficult. Hell, I did single snatches today for a 10min set, cause I was short on time, and managed 270(ish) reps.
I own a 24kg KB, but I never got there. My arms start hurting like death after a few reps of even only doing overhead presses without any wrist banging.
Women can only compete with 16 kg at Amateur, or 24 at Pro, but I'm pretty sure that here she's lifting an 18- or a 20-, because those are the yellow bells from Kettlebell Kings.
This is is like Fighting without an opponent

Mind Pump brought me here.
Awesome! Let us know how we can help!
Wow! Very impressive, and good explanations. How much do the kettlebells weigh that you were using for the demonstrations?
Thanks! Those weigh 16 KG each!
Nice work Britt. When you coming back?
Are you allowed to put the bell down at any time during competition?
X
Thanks for the vid
No, you cannot.

24 kg is heavy for a beginner
I can't find a coach in India. What should I do? Quit!?
I second mark wildman

That she can only use those weights in competition doesn't mean she can't use other weights in training, or a demonstration for that matter
@@borisesquilotromp89 Yep - exactly! She is a badass!
@@itgetter9 ah alright, I misinterpreted than 👊
First Rule of Kettlebell Sport: You compete against yourself. Second Rule: Show no mercy to your opponents!
