I'm a huge, huge, huge, fan of Taeyeon since she debut and I'm a music teacher and I can say this with all honesty. Taeyeon's strength is not in her range nor power, her range is considered not that wide amongst females and she lacks in raw power, it's her pitch stability and clean vibrato. Her voice is able to stay so close to the pitch it sounds so clean, even in the midst of voices of the others, you always hear her. Her best attribute in singing is actually control. When she sings, if she's in a good condition, she almost never goes out of pitch. This is what puts her above singers in Kpop like Hyorin. NO hate here, I like Hyorin too but her strength lies in tonality and power which is very different from absolute control.

I’m not a big Girls Generation fan because I never really had the time to go through their music but after watching this I can’t imagine how good they all sound together. No wonder people say they are the legendary K-POP girl group. :)
Snsd (girls generation) is a legendary girl group. They have very good vocalist which is very rare with the newer generations but taeyeon (the middle girl) is the main vocalist and she has a very high reputation in the Korean community for being a very talented main vocalist. You can say she is respected by lots of idols. Check out her songs ( UR, 11:11 and I love you) also snsd has very good songs but if you want to check out more vocal skills then check out taetiseo (baby steps and twinkle)

I just discovered you yesterday and today I went down a YT rabbit hole and discovered a bunch of other vocal coaches reacting to music so apparently that's a thing, but in the end none of them were as good at doing this as you are. You have good reactions but more importantly you are great at explaining what they are doing and why. Sometimes when a reactor pauses a video too much it can get frustrating but I feel like you have just the right balance of letting it play and pausing, and when you DO pause its because you have something meaningful to add, which I really appreciate. A lot of other reactors just state the obvious "I hear a baseline, I hear a synth, I hear a high note" but you have something to say about it, at the bare minimum, to tell us that what they did (in any video) was hard to do, which is still interesting and makes pausing the video worthwhile.
Aww this is such a nice surprise, i just rewatched this yesterday because i missed them and their voices a lot. They sound so good together, as always. I wish they’d get the chance to release new songs again even though Tiffany is based in the US now and Seohyun is also not in the same company. I love how they’re shining on their own after being popular as a group, but i still miss them.

TTS singing cater to you is the one really stand out their voice and ability to sing. I was shock to hear it the first time. I think their voice that make Girls Generation song feel harmony. It took 10 years ++ to have a complete trust towards each other in singing together. I love how their prefer to do it well as together not individual.
This is my fave performance of TTS. I always thought it was beautiful and good. But because of ur reaction, I know how many hard work they did to show this performance. So much control and must be a lot of practices, because like u said performing in a group isn’t easy, how to harmonize and not stand out too much from the others. I just discovered you yesterday and today I went down a YT rabbit hole and discovered a bunch of other vocal coaches reacting to music so apparently that's a thing, but in the end none of them were as good at doing this as you are. You have good reactions but more importantly you are great at explaining what they are doing and why. Sometimes when a reactor pauses a video too much it can get frustrating but I feel like you have just the right balance of letting it play and pausing, and when you DO pause its because you have something meaningful to add, which I really appreciate. A lot of other reactors just state the obvious "I hear a baseline, I hear a synth, I hear a high note" but you have something to say about it, at the bare minimum, to tell us that what they did (in any video) was hard to do, which is still interesting and makes pausing the video worthwhile.

Aww this is such a nice surprise, i just rewatched this yesterday because i missed them and their voices a lot. They sound so good together, as always. I wish they’d get the chance to release new songs again even though Tiffany is based in the US now and Seohyun is also not in the same company. I love how they’re shining on their own after being popular as a group, but i still miss them.

TTS singing cater to you is the one really stand out their voice and ability to sing. I was shock to hear it the first time. I think their voice that make Girls Generation song feel harmony. It took 10 years ++ to have a complete trust towards each other in singing together. I love how their prefer to do it well as together not individual.

This is my fave performance of TTS. I always thought it was beautiful and good. But because of ur reaction, I know how many hard work they did to show this performance. So much control and must be a lot of practices, because like u said performing in a group isn’t easy, how to harmonize and not stand out too much from the others. ok this is my first time on this channel, but i love your reactions already! I think it's nice you point out their strengths, but also their weaknesses. honestly so many kpop fans come here to see reactions where their faves are praised and then whenever they offer criticism then fans get all defensive. but I know in reality not a lot of idols are the strongest vocalists. they have good sounding voices and they may be talented in many ways but not always necessarily singing. so I guess I'm saying keep up the good work but also dont worry about ppl that might hate on you because they have too much bias. thank you for the upload, I love tts ❤ and I mean despite what I said I think tayeon, the girl in the middle, is one of the better vocalists in the kpop industry so glad you could enjoy hearing her sing :)
