    Part 1: • Kato Kaelin on How He ...
    --------
    In this clip, Vlad started off asking Kato Kaelin about OJ Simpson and his then-wife Nicole being friends with the Kardashians, and Kato detailed Nicole’s friendship with Kris Kardashian. When asked about the details on the night of June 12, 1994, including Nicole going to eat at a restaurant with her children, mother, and sister. Kato then detailed seeing OJ on that night, as Kato claims that OJ came to the door of the bungalow he was living at on OJ’s property. Kato then detailed going to McDonald’s with OJ that night, and Kato recalled OJ being “depressed” while speaking about his romantic relationships. Vlad then detailed the timeline leading up to Nicole and Ron Brown’s murder, and Kato explained what he did after he and OJ parted ways from McDonald’s.

  • @juslivinlife843
    @juslivinlife843 Год назад +18

    Here's my theory.. OJ gets a call from his Eldest son Jason and he tells him he is very mad at Nicole for not coming to the restaurant he works at that night as planned. He is a chef and had planned to cook for her and his siblings..(she stood him up and it appears he may have left the restaurant angry). He uses knives for his job and has a conviction for something in his past related to this. Jason has stabbed an ex girlfriend and almost killed her.. he also tried to or stabbed a former boss...OJ is nervous about how mad Jason is and goes to the house to check on Nicole.. there he sees the crime scene and leaves. The police take one glove and some blood to OJ home and smear traces in the BRONCO and on his socks..they also drop the glove.. If Kato is correct you hear that OJ stayed by....the BENTLEY.. he didn't appear to use the Bronco.. Also if OJ wore gloves to commit a premeditated knife murder and somehow a tight Isotoner glove gets ripped off during the struggle.. WHY would he drive home with ONE bloody glove on.. take it off and DROP IT IN HIS BACKYARD??
    Nicole likely realized Jason was at her door and he was mad.. she may have grabbed a knife opened the door and tells him to chill out..OR he has the knife already from work and... all hell breaks loose...

      Several problems with this theory:
      The gloves and shoes were exclusive, very limited, and purchased by Nicole. If Jason is upset with his step mother, which is ridiculous, but let's go with the theory that he is upset with her, why would Jason want to wear those particular items that personally belong to his father to go commit a murder? Why would he want to do that to his father? Leave evidence at Bundy and at Rockingham?
      Also, in the civil trial, OJ had to admit no one else had access to the house except him and the staff, which comprised of 2 women at the time. Doors were not picked, and the defense team in the murder trial never mentions this (and couldn't, this is why they had to resort to trickery with Darden about the glove). The only door opened at the time was the back door because OJ left from there to go to Nicole's. It is already assumed that anyone who has gone to the home many times is that access to the actual and who has the keys are 3 people.
      Why would Jason want to take his father's Bronco? Or even put smudges of blood on and in it? Bloody sock in OJs bedroom. Did Jason walked by a napping OJ and put the sock there without waking him? It was later confirmed that Jason did have an alibi.
      OJ himself, he threw Jason, Chip, and A.C. under the bus saying they had access to the home during the civil trial, but, again, he had to admit to who had access to what because people close to him already explained in the transcripts for the civil trial. That doesn't show me he is a father looking out for his son or that he is even a loyal friend. OJ tried to remember all the crap the defense team presented in the murder trial (and what they discussed at the jail)and tripped over his words, trying to get his story right.
      Lastly, the blood did come back directly to OJ. William Dear, who refuted the evidence, is wrong on this as well.

      @juslivinlife843 Год назад

      The police had access to Simpsons home.. how else did they find the sock and glove? During their search it is very easy for them to tamper with evidence. The Bronco had blood in it.. you're assuming the Bronco was driven that night.. I'm saying it wasn't driven BUT the police TAMPERING don't know which vehicle was driven. They chose the Bronco.. Kato says he rode with and last saw him at the door of the Bentley. OJ hired an attorney the day after the murders for Jason.. OJ stripped nude for the LAPD the day after and had no bruises.. Ron Golan fought and his hand was bruised.. someone had evidence of this struggle. Jason almost killed and Ex girlfriend with a knife... stopped taking his medication for depression etc. What about the DNA under Nicole's nails..it wasnt from not OJ The reason Jason can't get arrested is because someone in the police department made a quick decision to tamper with evidence to make the case stronger. They knew OJ had history with her and mentally convicted him immediately. By the time they soon realized the suspect was probably NOT him they were trapped.. Admitting tampering kills the case AND possibly releases any actual murderer from prior cases investigated by the police officer(s) that tampered. The effect of admitting that possibility was likely enormous..

      Ron Goldman was at his house during the time OJ supposedly murdered him. Nicole Simpson left his kids sleeping in the house on Bundy Drive and was over there with him. Simpson was sleeping in his house and came out late for his limo to the airport. What we are supposed to believe is that Goldman drove home from the Mezzaluna, took a shower, dressed and walked over to Nicole's house on Bundy between 10 and 10:30. OJ himself drove from his hose (nobody heard him drive to and from the house) at 9:45, got to Bundy, got Nicole out the house, stabbed both to death without waking the kids, got rid of all the bloody clothes, drove back to Rockingham, got rid of the KNIVES (read the autopsy report, two knives were used) took a shower, got dressed, and came out and met his limo driver, all in some 30 to 40 minutes.

When he was on the stand telling this story the prosecutor says oh so you invited yourself with a very accusatory tone as if he was the one on trial or OJs accomplice or something all he did was grab some take away something millions of people do every day. He had OJ sitting there staring at him his friend Nicole was killed must have been very uncomfortable testifying too and the more uncomfortable someone is the less likely they are to recall details etc. too because of stress. It's the trial that needs to be analyzed also imo not just the crime because the injustice in court was insult to injury for the victims. Two dead bodies did not stab themselves.
