My guess is Aston Martin, because it makes perfect sense:
    - Newey continues working with Honda.
    - A big money offer from Lawrence Stroll.
    - He doesn't have to relocate, since Silverstone is just 20 miles from Milton Keynes.
    - He has worked with Aston Martin before.
    - He'll be reunited with Dan Fallows, his old aero apprentice at RBR.
This news also confirms to me that the 'Verstappen to Merc rumors' weren't totally made up. I mean, the Verstappen camp must've known about this sooner (or expected it in a way, hence Jos' comments.)

Concerning Max's decision... he already stated ut clearly that the move has no bearing on him, he is happy with the team and as long as they are building winning teams he is happy where he is at. And the team behind is a very capable solid team.
Yes Newey goes and as a RedBull fan sad to see the curtains on an illustrious career but eras must end at aome point.
He deserves the right to try out something new for himself and we should be happy for him. But the team is more than capable as its Adrian has been reducing his direct role in the team for a while now. In fact he wanted to step aside two seasons ago.

I'll believe it when this is officially stated by Red Bull.
These same " reliable " sources stated that Christian was going to be fired. Max would sign with
    Mercedes.
Newey wasn't steering that ship, hadn't been for a while now. They were even willing to sidetrack him in favour of Pierre Wache due to the costcap.
Aside from that, ground effect cars aren't going to be a thing anymore in 2026 because of the electrification of the new power units.
Any team that signs him will have to wait until at least 2026 to fully commit to building a new car.
Let's see if Newey is willing to exchange the politics of Red Bull for that of Ferrari or ultimately to Mercedes.
Or he could retire and make South Africa his permanent home.

It is important as Newey did almost exclusively good career decisions (sort of anti-Alonso in this regard). He went to Indycar and gained amazing recognition and a lot of money leading March and Andretti's entry and then in the March/Layton House in F1. And because he decided to lead a small team rather than work his way up in a bigger team, he was quickly recognized as supertalent which allowed him to have the leverage in Williams and McLaren. Then he left at exactly the right time before McLaren fell apart. So with this track record, is Red Bull an actual ticking bomb about to blow???

Allison is so overated. People go on about all "his" championship winning cars, but really none of them were.
Rory byrn designed the Schumacer Ferraris, He was only the 2nd technical director for Alonsos renaults, and the Mercs he built were based on the low rake concept that was already established before he got there.
All he really did was update the front and rear wings for the 2019 rules.
He became cheife TD at Renault in 2009 (when they stopped winning)
He then went to Ferrari and made the 3 worst modern Ferrari f1 cars (2014-2016, excluding the 2020 car as that was desighned for the CompletleyLegal TM Power Unit of 2019)
And had a large role in the anorexic spaztic known as the W13, and now something just as bad in the W15

Also he's been the best team principle on the grid for many years. If all of this stuff didn't pile up so quickly i'm sure he could've kept the team together but the accusations against him, the power struggle in the management, Jos fricking Verstappen, not having an engine and now Newey (hell, potentially even Verstappen) leaving....
