i love your commentary. very authentic. i haven't watched them all but i had to zap through those emotional moments after telling a friend of this game and i'm glad i found you to indulge in some nostalgia :)
Most people don’t like tragedy, but tragedy often creates classics. This ending is quite open and clever, leaving many possibilities. The series could conclude here since the de Rune siblings' story is complete, and the last cutscene just means that the macula will not go anywhere, for plague has been with humanity forever. Alternatively, it could continue with a sequel hinted at by that last teasing scene. Lastly, I must say that for a new studio, I can't believe how much Asobo has grown in just three years; Requiem improved upon Innocence in every aspect. I’m looking forward to whatever their next game is
Agreed! Just because there was tears at the end, didn't mean the game was "bad". I love when games are able to make you feels so deeply about the story and the characters, even if it hurts. I'd love to see a continuation of the series set in the future, but it would be okay if this was the end too.
I had a look and I actually think you are right, they seem right up my street! I've got a different spooky game planned first but those are great suggestions!
These games broke me man. I was such a mess for 2 weeks after finishing these games

thank you! that’s relatable, since i’ve finished my playthrough i’ve been watching other peoples reactions to the ending too 😅
very sad 😢
They did a Steller job with the music and the feels for the ending
I've been thinking about the ending every day since I finished, just really hope they come with a 3rd game and some real CLOSURE haah
At your last video I was going to say have tissues handy for the ending.
Did you know there is an alternate ending with Lucas? It's even sadder in my opinion.😢
@@lovelyvibes5273 I saw a video about it yes! I understand why it exists, but I’m
glad I didn’t get that ending 🥲
