I think it's really important that Evo is branching out and making videos like this. I got into Kof big with Kof15, and I only knew Yurikov as one of top players I regularly saw on tournament streams and in matchmaking discords. I had no idea he was struggling with something like this, but I'm glad he beat it, and I'm also glad there were FGC people who helped uplift him out of his darkest moments. It's moments like this that really emphasize that this is the fighting game COMMUNITY, and I hope it continues to grow and bring people together.
So damn happy he turned it around, the struggles of depression and the bad coping mechanisms we use to "get over it" is such a tough fight. Big ups to him, major respect.
