Because if we remember, TTVM had the ability to heal his small damages, just like his TV lense. We can clearly see that it got back to its original shape (almost) So my theory is TTVM already talked about the situation to Gman and gave him some energy to fasten his upgrades.

Gman was against the astros since episode 1. We see in ep 74 gman's astro form arriving at the earth, and in ep7 we see gman with no upgrades, so its clear that the astros deactivated his armor when he was escaping from them
I think G-man didn't betrayed Scientist. He think Scientist can escape, just like him. He believe in his old friend, who can survive the Alpha Hill battle.
Imagine if gman injured titans so they could upgrade, and prepare for astro toilets, dont you think hes kinda dumb sometimes, not dodging But taking the damage to upgrade too.
I think in Part 4 TTVM will use the one ability we haven't seen yet, Possession. TV Woman has the same ability, and in Episode 68 we saw that TTVM's Main Head has the same capabilities. TTVM's Body could become extremely injured or completely destroyed, but he would Possess the Astro Juggernaut at the last second which would be a huge twist.
I have one plot that adds to iron cameramans what if. So after titan tvman sword tp begind astro juggernaut, astro juggernaut will surrender and remove his mask but the face inside his like mask would be the face of rocket toilet, which will trick g man for a few minutes and in that time the entire astro fleet will rush onto g man and titan tvman. Then g man will say we didn't plan this and say to ttm to tp to tvman base. Then when titan tvman will teleport to his base, bunch of containers will teleport to gman unleashing the g titan. I have a kinda crazy theory: I think the Juggernaut and G-Toilet were close friends or twins (kinda impossible?) It makes sense right? They have the same design (excluding after G-Toilet's Betrayal) but with its differences; G-Toilet's Warp Levitatior looked identical to Juggernaut's but it had been upside down (maybe Dafuq made this model as a foreshadowing that G-Toilet and Juggernaut are related?), they also had the same arms but G-Toilet's doesn't have those shoulder pads(i think they were), unlike Juggernaut, G-Toilet had legs back when he was the commander so I think this might be kinda correct

well he literally got new upgrades and was at full power while both titan cam and titan speaker we're injured and while they did get some minor upgrades they never got repaired so they we're still damaged not only that but injured titan cam quite literally almost killed gman by himself but gman needed his lackeys to help him out, so end result is the titans are stronger but gman is a strategic coward and sometimes cowards do come out on top
