Do you squeeze glutes or contract the flexors when doing the strengthening
will these help me hold my leg up without it dropping?
How Mandy reps should one do from each exercise and how many times a week?
usually if sutible you should do it everyday morning and night but do what suits you

I think you just relax your legs
Engage the hamstrings, and activate the iliopsoas. Pull up from the glutes and abs

How do you keep your hip and sit bones in the floor everytime i do any stretch like this i literpy cant keep them on the floor no matter how much i try :/
