Thank you! A few hours of wearing and the inside of my cheek is all cut up! I ended up snipping and filing, and then thought to check google. Was happy to see you doing the exact same thing! :)
With Invisalign after I've finished eating/drinking, should I brush my teeth immediately, as I was told it's best to wait at least 30 mins because it can damage the enamel. What do you advise? Also, is it safe to water floss immediately or should I wait 30 mins again?
Honestly I've done both, brushing right after and brushing after a bit of allotted time. I think if you use a sensitive brush and a sensitive toothpaste you should be pretty good. I've noticed with how much I do brush after eating/drinking, my teeth have definitely whitened compared to my previous habits. I'm currently on week 3 and had no issues with my teeth besides being considerably more white due to more brushing.

Our pleasure! Glad, we could be of assistance! It is a nice little trick to ease and smooth out the rough feel on some aligners.
THANK YOU!! life saver

Any advice on k9’s with a rough patch after about a week of use? Feels jagged when I run my tongue over it.
