Cracking collection mate, I love the Dreamcast and still got all my original stuff Some great stuff you can get for it now on repro/homebrew I certainly wouldn't have been opening all the boxes, look at them and they explode, worst boxes ever made for me (they do look nice) Really admire the fact you've built your own cabin and cab, something I'd do myself 👍
@@retroimportgamer513 the boxes you just need to look at them and they explode😂, I’m glad I did open them as there’s 3 box’s I need to get the fronts for😂. Working with wood is my job so it takes a lot for me to get motivated at home to build something😂, but so glad I did as use the cabin all the time, was meant to be for the whole family🤔😂. There’s only a couple of games I want to get for the system now, and really enjoying the hack and homebrew games👍😎🍺.
@Retro-cabin yes that it was supposed to be for others is something that does ring bells with me too🤣🤣 I'm just a DIY maker but enjoy making stuff, were it a busman's holiday, I might not be so keen 🤣
F355, for me, is the greatest racer on the console. Done by Yu Suzuki. The presentation is just mind blowing. I love the quality and care that went into this. A luxury simulator, with a great arcade setup, plenty of aides to help you master the race tracks. There may be arguments against it, but for me, all things considered, F355 is the cream of the crop. MSR I place 2nd and of course Crazy Taxi, but really Crazy Taxi 1 and 2 is a class of its own. Now Sega Rally 2 gets a lot of stick because it's not an exact replica of the Model 3 racer but it still is absolutely superb. It does more than hold the comparison with its predecessor on the Saturn. The demo alone is extremely impressive, even to this day. It makes you wonder why would you own a ps5 when the DC can pull out Sega Rally 2.
@j.goggels9115 Ferrari f355 I love that game bought it on release back in the day, I don’t normally like simulation racers (more of an arcade racer guy) but once you understand all aides like traction control something just clicked it’s brilliant, visually stunning (still holds up today) music is fantastic, I’m sure one of the tracks is in Shenmue if I’m remembering correctly.
I guess Confidential Mission is ok. It gets eclipsed by the House of the Dead 2, in the same genre. It's obviously a follow up to the terrific Virtua Cop duo on the Sega Saturn. Was that series meant to pass on the 6th generation? I am not sure. Better graphics highlight how cheesy it is.
@j.goggels9115 Confidential Mission is really cheesy, like you said house of the dead is the better game on the dreamcast. And Virtua cop 2 was released for the Dreamcast but only in Japan would love to play that version.
Headhunter was made by a swedish studio. They tried very hard to be edgy and cool. Then, why on Earth do they want us so bad to go back to school and take tests. You want the bike ? First you'll have to learn how to drive it. You want the gun ? First, you must learn how to use it ? I thought it was supposed to be set in the world of anarchy ! There is a dark atmosphere to Headhunter, which was very much dominant at the time, on the PlayStation and on cinema as well. Thinking of Quentin Tarentino here. I prefer Sega. I prefer Shenmue by a country mile. The violence in Shenmue is balanced with poetry, colours, beauty and human relationships.
I tried. I tried to give Blue Stinger a chance. It shines by the colours. OK, but there are so many issues with this game that I cannot for the life of me give it above 4 out of 10. A shame. The story's bad, the characters are pretexts, the music is a joke. I have run short of the excuses that I bestowed to Deep Fear on the Sega Saturn. 1999, they could do better. Looking good is not enough. Sorry Blue Stinger.
@j.goggels9115 it’s ok, no replay ability and does not hold up today, not a patch on resident evil. Deep fear on the saturn is a fantastic game and definitely still holds up.
Superb collection mate.
Really great boxed console collection. I really like all the systems in boxes.

Great collection. Do you have Sturmwind? One of my favourite shmups.
