Such an amazing story you told about your dad, I used to have convos with him about all of this and it was also at the same time of the Iraq invasion. Your dad imparted some amazing knowledge on myself and your sister and I really loved hearing all of his stories, needs to write that book.

A very one-dimensional and narrow way of looking at it. There are dozens of reasons why 'they' built the Suez canal-->which actually is a maritime extension or 'application' developed as an add-on to the various trading routes and networks most people know as the 'silk-road'. The Suez canal is just one of the modern add-ons to this network, with all kinds of local and international competitive reasons being behind the actual development of the construct. 'They built the Suez canal to separate' is just a void statement and you should be smart enough to admit how dumb it is.
