The Nuphy Air 60 V2 blew my mind, it is an amazing low profile keyboard. Mechanical Keyboards have some of the best writing experiences in the keyboard market, this low profile keyboard does it better than any other one that I have used.

Yeah man I love them! I have a few normal mech keyboards and while I think they look awesome I just make so many more mistakes while typing.

fun fact. all keyboards are ergonomic.
you're suppose to type with a keyboard with your forearm perpendicular with your upper arm, which is aligned with your torso - a rule of thumb is, none of your elbows should go beyond your belly button. That means that the ideal typing stance has your keyboard as close to your table's edge as possible with your forearm and hand hovering over your keyboard.
It's a an absolute must in ergonomics that you DON'T have contact with any surface when working.
The arm rest on your chair and the wrist rest on your keyboard are there only for when your arms and wrist are doing nothing, or at rest. The whole awkward slanting up claw while your wrist rest on a the table or wrist rest is bad practice - you should stop that regardless of keyboard.
With all that information low-profile and high-profile are both inherintly ergonomic and it's really just preference.
